Service was good.

Phone contact was good and service date established. Had a reminder phone call about service date and time. Service tech arrived 20 minutes later than stated but promptly and professionally repaired the broken window in his stated time. Very quickly the window was returned to service. Very pleased with the company's response.

Service was very good!

Replaced weather stripping that wasn't the correct length. Also missing couple small pieces of weather stripping with adhesive backing. Didn't have any with him, but said he could mail them to me. I agreed, wont take much to put on.
