The office people were great but on-site was not great.

The service tech who came did replace a warranty issue on the doorwall but made a big deal about and complained of poor installation and why he couldn't fix some things vs. problem solving. On site service was 2 stars.

The initial experience with Milgard had a hitch - they didn't respond via email or phone to my request for service. But a call to them cleared that up, and an appointment was scheduled. The Service Tech was on time and very professional - the repair was done quickly and the window looks great again! The In-Home tech that replaced my windows and springs was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did a good and neat job of replacing my defective windows and springs.

We could not believe how fast they installed the Windows

Workers were on time and very efficient in installing the Windows. They answered questions concerning maintenance of glass and slider Windows.

We are very impressed with Milguard warranty.
