Scheduling Took TOO LONG. Techs were awesome!

Have called for service twice within 6 months after purchase. Scheduling was a nightmare both times. However the techs were awesome and very professional both times. Same two techs for both service calls .

Service was good

Purchased Milgard windows 15 years ago and 3 years ago as well. Two windows from 1st purchase and 1 window from 2nd purchase needed repair. I contacted Milgard via website. Prompt response from CS. I was asked for pictures of windows, serial numbers and defective parts. A date was issued for service. Technician came on time and was great in his ability to repair the parts. It would have been helpful to him however if he had been provided with the replacement parts to fix windows. Luckily for him, he had spare parts in his truck. The pictures I was asked to provide made sense at the time, until the technician showed up without the proper parts with his repair order. Not sure where the mix up happened, but over all, it was an efficient experience as he was able to fix the windows regardless.

Excellent Service

Love this company. They stand behind their guarantee. They have a quality product, but let's face it, over time one or more of your windows will fail in this climate. I've had several windows replaced during the 27 years I've owned my home (built with Milgard windows). Not once, have I had to pay for a new window or installation. Bravo!

Milguard tech was great.

I had some issues with a Tuscany french door with sidelines. The door was really heavy and it was not closing properly after installation. The installer did not adjusted it correctly. The milguard tech came out and within 15 minutes, adjusted the door and voila. Not issues. Thanks Milguard. A side note. If you are planning on getting French door with side lines. Consider getting the wood over the vinyl. Probably will have less problems in the future due to the weight of the doors.
