milgard is the best
My contractor installed 2 large Milgard windows (6' by 7' and 5' by 7') windows for us in the sunroom last year. They were beautiful and great looking. A couple months ago, we found a small crack at a slider a the 5' by 7'. We were not able to figure how/why the crack was there. Since the sunroom was used quite heavily for our social function, it may be possible that someone might have bump into it accidentally. We called Milgard and asked for their advice. They were so professional in handling our problem, and they assured us that it would be taken care of soon. Lo n behold, a couple weeks after they got the detailed info of our window. They called and scheduled for a repair/replacement. They showed up very professionally on time, and got the work (replacement) done in just 20 minutes. Amazing job! Now our window looks like new again. Milgard has surely won our business for the rest of our lives here. Thanks.

The representatives for Milgard from the receptionist to customer service to the tech on the job were were all professional, courteous and responsive.
Slow but finally done
It took 10 months for the leaking problem to be resolved, what with re-scheduled appointments, delays in getting correct measurements, and so on.
But eventually the replacement was done and it seems to be fine (won't really know till the winter rains come). And since this was all done under warranty, I am satisfied!
