Marc's service was great.
I was disappointed that I had to have 2 service calls for this door and had to wait so long to get it fixed. When I called in I told the person that answered the phone exactly what the problem was and what kind of door it was. When the technician came out, he had it down as a sliding vinyl door which in fact it was a single wood door with a glass insert and the mechnism triggered 3 locks. Since customer service told him it was a vinyl door he did not have the correct hardware on his truck to fix it and I had to wait another 2 weeks without my door opening so he could get the hardware.Another disappointment was that we are the only people that have lived in the house but the warranty did not cover it because an investor bought the property and sold it to us. The investor never moved into the house. The warranty should be on house not the buyer.
