The initial problem with one of the windows was resolved quickly. I have an issue with two other windows that the tech said he could not resolve. The windows do not fit into the upper channel easily. They used to work fine when they were installed. He thinks the house window framing may have changed. I really don't think so. I think the heat from the sun on these south facing windows has somehow tweaked the vinyl over the years, but that's just my opinion.
Service has always been good and consistent. Employees friendly and professional.
I have no concerns with Milgards customer service. I am thankful for the lifetime warranty; especially since we have had about a 20% failure rate on our windows.
It was hard to believe it was so easy
New windows 21 years ago. Had a couple of windows that had something go wrong and a third that had a pane break. It had been several years before I called because I figured it would be a hassle and the cost would be on me. I made the call we set up an appointment and it was that easy. I had to pay for the broken window which I expected, the price however was reasonable. But since they were at the house for warranty work I was not charged any service fee for the replacement of the broken window. I was very happy with the whole experience.
