Excellent customer service and workmanship
Several years ago we had a Milgard sliding door installed, and recently the seal broke producing cloudiness of the glass. We recently notified Milgard, and a short time later they sent their technician to come out today to replace the door. The technician, Pablo (Paulino) who replaced the defective door with a new one, was professional, expert in what he did, and did an excellent and flawless job. I would recommend using Milgard products because in this world today, reliability of a product and customer service is so important to us.
I Learned Something About My New Windows
The issue was with the screens on my Essence windows. One screen had a bent frame, the rest of them had support bars that were crooked. Milgard sent the technician out with a replacement screen for every window that was squawked.
I followed the tech as he replaced each screen that had an issue however one of the replacement screens came with a similar issue. The tech was able to correct the issue with the new screen on the spot and by observing and asking questions I learned that I can fine tune the placement of the support bars on the other screens on my house myself.
The tech also corrected a small problem with the mounting of one of my windows. While watching him work I realized that the entire sash can be removed from the window frame easily which will make it much easier to paint double hung windows.
Finally, he asked if I would like to hang on to the screens that had been replaced and I said yes. The screens he left me with may well solve problems in the future now that I know how to work on them.
Excellent representatives of your company; service call on time; job done professionally.Thank you.
