America Online Browsers
We have noticed many technical issues with AOL browsers and recommend accessing this site with either Internet Explorer or Netscape while connected to the Internet via AOL.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x & 6.x for PC
• Select Tools -> Internet Options and click on the "Privacy" tab.
• The default selection, "Medium", supports cookies. If you only want to enable cookies on 1stwindows, click on the "Edit" button, type in the full URL of 1stwindows in the address field and click "Allow" and "Ok".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x for PC
• Select Tools -> Internet Options and click on the "Security" tab.
• The default selection, "Medium", supports cookies, but you can click on the "Custom Level" button to check. Scroll down until you see the word "Cookies" and verify that the radio button next to "Enable" is selected in both options. Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x for PC
• Select View -> Internet Options and click on the "Advanced" tab.
• Scroll down until you see the word "Cookies" and verify that the circle next to "Always accept cookies" is selected. Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x/3.x for Macintosh
• Select Edit -> Preferences.
• Scroll down until you see "Cookies" under Receiving Files. Make sure that "Never Ask" is selected and click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x for PC
• Choose View -> Options and click on the "Advanced" tab.
• Make sure that "Warn before accepting a cookie" is unchecked and click "OK".

Any Version of Microsoft Internet Explorer prior to 3.x
It is recommended you upgrade your browser to the latest version your system can support. Visit Microsoft on the web here

Mozilla Firefox (all versions)
• Choose Tools -> Options and click on the Privacy tab
• Check the box that says Accept cookies from sites.

Netscape Browsers - Support and upgrades have been suspended for all Netscape browser versions. It is recommended you switch to Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Netscape Navigator 6.x for PC
• Choose Edit -> Preferences... and click on the "Privacy & Security" option.
• Select the radio button next to "Enable all cookies" and click "OK".

Netscape Communicator 4.x for PC
• Choose Edit -> Preferences and click on the "Advanced" option.
• Select the radio button next to "Accept all cookies" and click "OK".

Netscape Navigator 3.x for PC
• Open "Network Preferences" under Options.
• Click on the "Protocols" tab and ensure that the box next to "Accepting A Cookie" is unchecked and click "OK".

Any Version of Netscape Navigator prior to 3.x
It is recommended you upgrade your browser to the latest version your system can support. Visit Netscape on the web here

All other browsers
