would have been 5 star except for one thing.
That one thing is several of the windows were wrong. The "professional" or at least experience window guy at Probuild, Seaside, helped me with the window order. I didn't catch that 8 windows had the wrong grids which cost me an extra $600. I thought Probuild could have absorbed some of that cost. I also thought that someone at the manufacturing end would have thought the order odd, and questioned it. However, the rep was very professional, replaced the windows and adjusted some of the latches quickly.
It's fixed !
The only negative I have with the service is that it it took a month from the time I called, to get a repair person on site. Once they were here, they were great, and fixed the issue in no time.
