I'm impressed that Milgard truly honors their "lifetime" guarantee on windows. We had two windows with oxidation after 15 years, and you replaced them without hesitation and at no cost to us. You even still had the original order on file! We did have a hitch on measurements and specs for the replacement windows, but your staff was very professional in solving the problem. We will purchase your products again and will recommend to others.

Great service from Oleg!

I had a problem with my 20 year old window that I did not feel competent to tackle on my own. I was given a timely in-home service date and time - and the service tech, Oleg, contacted me to let me know he was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late. When he arrived he was able to fix the problem without difficulty and even showed me how to do it in case it occurred with another window. Thank you, Oleg ! And, thank you Milgard!

More Than I Expected

My house was built in 2001 so when a skylight developed a break in the seal, I never expected that it would still be under warranty. To my surprise, and delight, it was fully covered. I called Milgard and was told the window would be replaced at no charge to me. The first person I talked to took all the pertinent information and set up a time to have the new window installed. The install crew showed up on time, replaced the skylight without any difficulty and were finished before I knew it.

Can't ask for better service than that.
