Milgard windows and warranty are great!
We purchased Milgard windows when we bought our house eighteen years ago. In the last couple of years, we've had panes in five windows and one sliding glass door fail. Every time we've had contact with Milgard employees for warranty service, we've been very pleased. Every person has been professional, helpful, prompt, and reliable. We are so glad that we purchased Milgard windows. We've enjoyed using the windows all of these years, the warranty is honored 100%, customer service is excellent, and it's easy and painless to get the replacements. Very pleased.

Prefessional quick service.
While disappointing that my window failed in the first place, the replacement process was painless and easy. It took three weeks from the initial request, but service installer was prompt and a few minutes early the day of the replacement.
Overall service is good and the lifetime warranty, great!
The service technicians were great and even fixed a tough to reach Dormer window. However, Milgard could use some work on improving the following three things:
1) Hold times waiting for a customer service rep were long - 30 minutes the first time I called
2) Consistency in attitude and information available to the CSR's. The second rep I talked with was great but the first one was less than helpful
3) The replacement windows are a different color than the original windows installed due to a manufacturing difference in the grade. Original E grade color is unavailable which now makes our windows mis-matched
Overall, the service was good and the lifetime warranty great. The on-site technicians made up for the CSR downfalls.
