Repair person was polite - yet to the point. Made an appointment to replace my Milgard window, they confirmed, arrivied on time, fixed the window nad were gone in under 20 minutes.

If only all things in life worked as smoothly as your warrenty!

We finally got it togther :)

Great product, service and suppport. On two windows the interior trim moulding was cracked. Milgard was very reaponsive and did not miss their appointment window. The problem was they kept sending the wrong replacement parts. WE both hung in there and it got resolved. The windows and door look GREAT.
