We very much appreciate the lifetime warranty on Milgard Windows. The service tech was terrific--fixed two windows in less than 20 minutes. BUT--we had to wait almost a month for service, which wasn't ideal.
Just one phone call to handle everything
Only one call had to be made to request service. I contacted Milgard to request servicing and the rep handled everything quickly and efficiently. Just as the rep explained, a phone call was made one business day before the scheduled service day to reconfirm.
The day of service, the installer arrived a few minutes early and completed the service as scheduled.
