The guy came to fix the window was very skillful and efficient. I got clear communication from Milgard when he would arrive and he was on time. Excellent service!

December 23, 2020The lifetime guarantee is no joke! Our home is pushing 30 years old and when we have a window problem they still come out and fix it. We haven't had but a very few issues over the 30 years, so it is a very good product.

October 17, 2018I noticed my bathroom window had moisture in between. Went to the Milgard website and put in a request to replace. Got a call in a few days with an appointment. Rebeun came out and replaced in under 15 minutes. Thank you so much

May 26, 2015Wow- This was a big job, replacing many windows of different sizes and types. I was expecting them to replace our 10-year old faulty e-glass windows begrudgingly, since they guarantee the replacing at their own expense. But the service coordinator over the phone was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. The technicians were right on time, and did their job with efficiency and care. Our house looks brand new! They fixed all our old springs too, and everything works so smoothly. They really do stand behind their guarantee. I am so impressed!

May 26, 2015Thanks for fixing my window 10 years after installation. Things seem a little disorganized in house. It took a couple of calls to get things communicated, but once I did, the service was terrific.

May 26, 2015Very good company and windows. I got my kitchen window about 12 years ago. The contractor that put it in did not give me any paperwork on the warranty. They closed their doors about 6 years ago. I called milgard they told me to sent them a picture of the handle on the window. I did and got the window replaced at no charge. Very nice

May 26, 2015Everything went smoothly. I have only one comment that the tech should have business cards. It would help me with repeat business.

May 26, 2015I commend Milgard on there wonderful warranty and great phone service network. Unfortunately the item that was to be repaired functions poorer than the one that needed service.I anxiously await Milgard to call or contact me to resolve the issue. I truly believe my problem fell thru the cracks somehow.

May 26, 2015Even though my windows were 18 years old (new when the house was built), Milgard was extremely helpful in handling the replacement of several that had failed seals.

May 25, 2015The window pane was taken out and replaced, but the new glass inserted was dirty/greasy on the internal portion and cannot be accessed leaving a very hazy, grimy look. Although the window itself can slide back and forth now, it does this with considerable difficulty and does not click shut anymore, and is certainly not up to its original form in either appearance or functioning.
