A number of years ago we replaced all our windows w/ Milguard...not only are they the best windows out there but they are the greatest service company in the business. If they can’t fix something they replace it: no questions asked. Just: the best!

Customer service was good. It took 2 months for them to come out the first time. They fixed our windows and said another needed to be replaced. Measurements were taken and another appointment was scheduled for a month later. They ordered the wrong window so they had to reorder and the new window was replaced 2 weeks later. The technicians were on time and worked quickly.

I built windows and doors for years. These are absolutely awful. The screen door track broke in numerous places and they refused to help. The help they did provide gave the wrong parts. They do not stand by their work and give every reason why it is not their problem.

I would never spend money on this garbage.

The in-home service tech was extremely professional. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He was serious about his work. I recognized him from a previous repair and I trusted leaving him alone to complete the job. He left the work space very clean. He was kind to my friendly dog!

Milgard has high-quality products and an excellent lifetime warranty. But, maybe its warranty is too good! Milgard must have a plethora of repairs to respond to. I never spoke to anyone about my repair. My concern was addressed and scheduled via auto-email. I would have preferred to speak to someone over the phone. Also, I waited nearly 2 months for an in-home tech to arrive. This is too long of a wait, but worth the quality workmanship. Finally, it turns out the warranty does not cover screen doors. If I had spoken to someone, I would have found this out sooner. Or, maybe it's my fault I did not read the fine print.

It took two months to get my custom 11 ft window (2 3foot crank outs attached to a 5foot picture window. When I did get it to be installed, the outside of the crank out windows had been painted but the 5 ft window was still white. I live in an HOA and the windows are required to be painted brown on the outside. When I called regarding the error I was given an appointment for 10 days later for the windows to be "fixed". On the day of the appointment I was called because the technician did not realize that it was a "paint situation" and Milgard would have to get a painter to come to my house. Really? First you can't see that the entire 5 ft window hasn't been painted the same color as the ATTACHED 3 feet windows and then you can't tell that the "fix" is to have the window painted?? The painting company has come out and looked at the fix and has sent their estimate in for the paint job. I am now waiting for the authorization to have them paint it. Wonder how long that is going to take?? Milgard windows may be great but their are other companies out there. The issues that I have encountered are unacceptable for such a well established company. Someone is dropping the ball in more than one place.

The final service was very good. It took about three months. I had to measure my own window first which I’m not a professional so the measurements were wrong. The first technician came out and could not install the window because it was the wrong size. The Reinstall which was scheduled I believe for February 21 for some reason had to be postponed until March 16 so from the initial phone call it took over three months to get the window repaired .

We are so pleased with this whole experience! Everyone was helpful and professional.

We have had Milgard replace windows before, but this last job was far from good. We phoned in summer and the windows were not replaced until March. The people at Integrity Glass are so busy with the increased building in our area that they don't seem to have people to fill their replacement orders. Milgard themselves are not to fault for the slow service of Integrity Glass. We appreciate that Milgard stands behind their product.

The crew that came to my house to replace several window panes, completed the work in less than hour. The crew was very professional and did great quality work.

When I finally was able to get service people to my house, they were efficient, professional and competent. The issue was in communication with the factory, where the customer service people were inept, incompetent and unreliable. I started my service contact in July of 2017 and I finally had the problem resolved in March 2018 ( 8 months ) due to the lack of attention by the factor customer service. Either better training or replacement is needed.

The guys were here on time and completed their tasks with utmost professional skill. They were great!

We had a problem with our kitchen windows fogging up so we contacted Milgard. They were very professional in identifying the problem and said they would replace the window. Now comes the problems, the first appointment was almost two months away and when they came it was the wrong size window. For the second appointment I added having a problem with my sliding doors adjustment. When they arrived for the second appointment they didn't have the window at all and said that the adjustment problem was a installation problem not their problem. Why they came out when they didn't have the window and wouldn't work on the adjustment was a waste of both of our time. Finally, the third time was the charm, after waiting another two weeks a installer came with the right window and installed it in a very short time and showed me how to fix my adjustment of the doors. We are happy with Milgard but the problem started with not being able to identify the window.

I talked to Angie. She told me she would check with Frank and get back to me. I have been waiting for her to call me back for over a week. The door still sticks. This has been a problem for about one year.

Quick, easy and on time!

After two years and three different doors being installed the door still leaks air and water. My experience with customer service was abysmal. After being on hold for over 15 minutes I took the option to push 0 to return to the operator. That sent me into a loop that got me no response at all just the same recording playing over and over to push 0 for an operator. I called back and the operator said she must put me in the que and when I tried to explain the situation she just replied very curtly that I must go to the que. I hung up and called right back and after 20 rings I decided she was done with me as she didn't answer or send to some voicemail. She literally put me on ignore. I now have a complete understanding of the customer service staff in it's entirety from phone answering to problem resolution. They are terrible.

Milgard Service in all aspects was very professional and competent. The service technicians always showed up within the time stated and the workmanship was excellent.
