We could not have been happier with your service. It is amazing. From the first phone call where DR patiently waited while my daughter climbed up on the kitchen counter and located the number with a magnifying glass, to the cheerful lady who scheduled the appointment time. The appt. card in the mail was helpful because I had not yet thought of how to prepare for the technician's visit. I was very happy to see that only the glass needed to be replaced. I had hesitated to call because replacing the whole window would be costly to you. Milgard windows are great, cut down on noise tremendously and keeps the house warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer. They are the best upgrade I have made to the house.

Warrant really means lifetime! (5/5)

Our windows were purchased in 1994 and we had no documentation as the builder installed them. Millard reps verified that we were the original owners and sent very professional installers to take care of replacing two windows which had lost their seal. Milgard employees are very courteous, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. The widows are excellent and Millard will stand behind the as long as you own them.

Glass was not replaces as promised, dissapointed (4/5)

1.Service men didn't replace the sliding door glass, they said its not going to resolve fogging issue. I wasn't happy with that.2. Another window was not opening, so they replaced the lock. They did worked on it, but it's really hard to open.

door adjustment (5/5)

we had been unable to use our doors for several weeks because we were not able to lock them properly. Glen came out and changed a screw and made an adjustment and now we are back in order. We did not know how much we missed using the doors until a couple of weeks had gone by. Ugh! It was so nice that Glen took very little time to repair them. THANKS GLEN!!!

In-home techs are excellent. (4/5)

We have had difficulties with one of our three retractable screen doors from the time it was installed. It took us several phone calls to get on a list for service, and then it was 6 months before a tech could get here. Our first tech, Bob, "fixed" the door, which then broke again within 3 days because he removed what seems was a crucial element of the door. We called again for service, and after several phone calls over several weeks, we received an e-mail that we were scheduled with Alex. Alex was very professional, called before coming and seemed very competent in diagnosing the problem with the door. He ordered a new door. We waited again, but received no follow-up on when service would be. Called and got McKenzie, who said she had ordered the door and that Will would be out to install it. Will called several weeks later when he was on-island telling us that the door had not arrived and that he would not be coming. But, Alex should be back in 2 weeks. We waited 2 weeks and had heard nothing from Milgard. So I called. I talked with McKenzie again. She forgot to call or e-mail us that Alex was scheduled for the next day. Ooops! But, no problem because we were talking now, right? Right. Alex called the next day saying that the wrong door had been ordered. He wouldn't be coming. So, 9 months after the door was installed, Les came out to make it work. He called ahead and was very professional. Even though he had just completed his Milgard training and had never seen one of these doors, even though the replacement door was a slightly different size from the original one, Les worked through it on his own and made the door work. I was impressed. So, hurray for Les. I hope you appreciate him. We sure do!
