Milgard Company has the best customer service representatives and installation staff of any company I have ever done business. Customer Service Rep “L” in Hollister was wonderful! She was sincerely interested in my concerns and addressed them in an efficient and time sensitive manner. Installation staff was on time, quick and efficient. Appreciated everyone who worked together to replace my damaged window. Great company, outstanding life time warranty and top of the line staff! Thank you!!

The response via phone was fine. The technician was very nice, professional and knowledgeable.My only criticism was the months long wait to get it done, and the lack of screen replacement for the new window.

3 services call visits to fix same window, two ties service agent took pictures of water damage to my wood floors because of it and no one ever followed up with me to remedy the situation. Now overtime i look at the floors it reminds we what horrible customer service they have. And the wait time to have them come out was over a month. I asked them what to do if it rains between then and my apt. time and they didn't have an answer. Imagine if I lived in an area that had rainy weather?

We had windows installed in 2003 by construction contractor. Just recently found one window has a problem but I don’t have any receipts (only know manufacturer’s name). Just made a phone call to try. Surprised this window has life warranty and got it replaced without any issue and no cost either. Just is a great product with worry free. I am going to install more doors.

Milgard's warranty policy is amazing, but the actual implementation of the policy is not good. I originally called with a warranty claim in late September of 2017 and the soonest window replacement appointment wasn't available until late December. When the tech came to install, the wrong sized window had been ordered, so a new window needed to be made. The next available appointment to install wasn't until Mid February. The customer service phone representatives were not very sympathetic to the delays, and honestly I was pretty surprised. It was a frustrating experience, but I have a new perfect Milgard window, and for that I am grateful.

Once the team arrived with the correct thickness of glass, they were very efficient and had the old large glass window removed and the new one installed. This all occurred in 30-45 minutes. Once the old window was removed it only took about 15 minutes to install the new window. And this was a day with 36-38 degree cold weather-fortunately no snow or rain the morning of installation. The team was very professional and efficient, and it was great to look through a beautiful, clear glass and see the Cascades.

Milgard's service personnel arrived on time and both were very professional. The installations (4 windows) went much faster than I expected because the installers were so knowledgeable and efficient. I was very happy with the service provided and highly recommend Milgard based on this experience.

We've had Milgard windows for almost 30 years. Service used to be great. Now it takes 6 months to get a window replaced from the time of the initial call. One window arrived 6 inches too short and that took another 6 months. Hire more service techs! Get back to the old Milgard.

We bought new sliding glass doors which were delivered and installed last month. The workmanship on one pane was unacceptable. Milgard responded quickly, sent out a serviceman to assess the problem, and the replacement pane was put in yesterday. Now all good, altho it still concerns me that the pane in question passed their quality control in the first place.
