There were a few imperfections in the door we received. Milgard sent out service representatives promptly, and took care of every issue under the warranty. I felt well taken care of.

I already sent in my survey - just figures that I'm getting another one to complete! You gave me 5 different appointments and then cancelled them. It took over 2 years to get my windows where the seals broke replaced. Lousy customer service!

called about broken window. Woman who answered phone was absolutely horrible. Very disrespectful, rude, demeaning. Did not want to listen to what happened until I read off the invoice (which I did not have in my hand at the time). She insinuated that we probably didn't have a milgard window and until I dug the invoice out of my desk drawer, she would not listen to what I had to say. After 4 calls, they finally sent a repairman to look at it. He could not have been more pleasant. After 9 months, the window had been replaced at no cost.

Milgard replaced three windows: one had a filmy haze on the inside and two were leaking. It did take about a month for them to be replaced since they are busy. The tech had the windows on his truck and replaced all three in a couple hours. Great job and courteous tech.

I had bought my double-pane sliding glass door in 2001. Although not common, in 2017 it fogged over in between the panes. Milgard honored the warranty. They came out and replaced the entire glass free of charge.

All went fine with warranty replacements . A couple windows started fogging between panes after getting beat on by the California sun for 16 years. Easy to measure (using online video), easy to schedule, installer was on time and he did a great, efficient job of swapping out the glass and cleaning up minimal mess. I've recommended Milgard in the past and will in the future to anyone who's considering vinyl windows. Milgard was recommended to me by a woman who had a knack for determining quality vs cost.

Although disappointed that someone got the dimensions wrong on a window and had to come back to complete the job, the work was done in a very professional manner.

Scheduled 3 times. First time rescheduled by phone day of service,second time nobody showed up and no phone call,third time phone call saying they didn’t have a technician in the area and would refer work to local glass company. This marks nine months waiting on service. Poor-poor warranty service.

I just heard that Miele is discontinuing the concierge service for all installs. By the end of the month they will be hiring third-party contractors to do all the installation. Unfortunately, that won’t work for me and my business. The Miele team has always been excellent in their work and I would not purchase a Miele system without having Miele professionals provide in the installation. Without the Miele concierge installation service, I will be discontinuing my relationship and will not be purchasing anymore Miele product. I would hope the CEO of Miele has a change of heart and sees that having the Consierge team is vital to their business.
