Scheduled 3 times. First time rescheduled by phone day of service,second time nobody showed up and no phone call,third time phone call saying they didn’t have a technician in the area and would refer work to local glass company. This marks nine months waiting on service. Poor-poor warranty service.

I just heard that Miele is discontinuing the concierge service for all installs. By the end of the month they will be hiring third-party contractors to do all the installation. Unfortunately, that won’t work for me and my business. The Miele team has always been excellent in their work and I would not purchase a Miele system without having Miele professionals provide in the installation. Without the Miele concierge installation service, I will be discontinuing my relationship and will not be purchasing anymore Miele product. I would hope the CEO of Miele has a change of heart and sees that having the Consierge team is vital to their business.

I installed Milgaurd windows in my home approximately 15 years ago. Recently, two windows developed discoloration between the two panes. I contacted Milgaurd and within weeks a representative came to the house and verified what I was reporting. A few weeks later, another crews arrived with new window replacements; no questions asked! I definitaly recomended Milgaurd windows!

Milgard has always been easy to work with. The factory customer service is courteous and has never questioned our need for a warranty replacement. The installers are professional and equally courteous. Our lastest was installed on time and took less than 30 minutes. Great company to work with.

This was a joke. It took me from September to February to get my windows replaced. This was the third time we had terrible Milgard leaky seal windows replaced and each time it has been a pain in the rear. I do not recommend Milgard to anyone as this has been nothing but a ridiculous process to go through each and every time we have had windows replaced and we are still not finished.

They said they weren’t getting my emails even after I confirmed their address twice. Service rep was very short with me on the phone. Installer was timely, quick and easy to work with.

Within one month of install, Essence sliding doors developed interior water stain marks. Two service calls provided two theories for cause of stains (inadequate seal at glass or inadequate seal on bottom of door at track), but both theories have significant “holes”. Still working to get a solid determination of what caused the problem.

It was well over a year ago that I first notified Milgard about problems with my windows. So from that standpoint it was poor service. When service representatives first came, about six months ago, they took measurements of my windows. They did apologize for the long delay. Then finally repairmen came with my replacement glass and did a great job, were extremely courteous. The long wait for service was problematic.

Took over six months to replace two windows. Milgard people mis-measured the windows twice. Cannot get anyone to talk to you, and they could care less when it gets done. I have always recommended Milgard but am now rethinking this.

This was a THIRD service call where techs either overlooked or failed to fix known weatherstripping problems. This has been going on for over one year. Besides what is above,
1. Scheduling system is terrible. Sending me a “confirmation” email w/o checking my availability before hand.
2. Re-scheduling when the “confirmation” was an unavailable time added two months.
3. After multiple emails requesting a call back to actually “confirm” an available time took weeks.
4. When I cancelled appointment because of a family member’s health emergency, I got a rude voicemail that I was a “no show” and told they won’t come back
5. I called the rude voice mail person, asked to speak w/a supervisor, told not available, and I’d have to call back bc they won’t take a message
6. Tech person showed, knocked on my door so lightly I could hear them, failed to ring the doorbell, and called me
7. Told tech “I’m home, come back to the door”, and instead he just walked in the front door w/o me opening or waiving in
Every step of the way Milgard’s service was TERRIBLE. I’d give zero stars if possible

We had a milgard door installed that was determined to be warped and the locking mechanism does not work properly. A date was scheduled for the door to be replaced and the day prior we were notified that the door was on back order with no estimate as to when it may arrive. This comes after a last minute back order on the windows for the same project caused a three week construction delay on our room addition. We are quite displeased with Milgard.

It took far too long for Milgard to respond but when they did it was perfect.It was two months before the first person appeared at our door but he didn't come to look. He brought the glass with him and did the replacement without question and did the work in less than 30 minutes. THAT IS SERVICE!It was worth the wait. Thank you Milgard.

Some of my Millard windows which were insatalled about 15 years back were not closing fully. I remembered my contractor mentioning that they carried a lifetime warranty. Anytime I look for service of a product even within warranty period they end up needing the purchase receipt which I invariably would have lost. Millard just required the numbers on the windows and they also describe on their website how to find them. I called Millard service and with those numbers I could schedule a service.
The person who came to service the windows was very polite and knowledgeable. He replaced the sliders and tested the locks to make sure all my 4 windows worked properly - all this at no charge to me! Without any hesitation I can say that this is the best product warranty service experience I have ever had .
