Some of our sliders had failing seals, and I used their web-based system to request replacement and service. They responded quickly and sent out replacements as promised. Then, I looked more closely (or rather, my wife reminded me to look more closely) and noticed that the non-sliding part of the section next to the slider was also failed. I contacted Milgard, explained my screwup, and they said .. "no problem ... we'll get that glass made up" and scheduled an appointment. The Service Tech showed up exactly on time, swapped things out, and was done in less than an hour. This is a great example of standing behind your product, even when the customer throws curve balls.

Excellent service from the two gentlemen that came to repair the glass door. They listened to my complaint or problem I showed what I thought what was wrong they identified the problem replaced the guides that were worn out with no problem. I asked about the handle being lose and they even tighten that up lubed the track and made sure the door had proper fit after taking door out of the track. The door opens as if it was brand new and it is a very heavily used door. For twenty years old excellent product couldn't be happier. Only complaint took 6 months to get here. Oh well they showed up on time and did excellent work. Thank You Mill guard

My whole home was refitted with Milgard windows in 2004. They are great. This is the fourth window to have this problem but the lifetime warranty and the ease of service make it a non issue. The job is done fast and clean by a very polite professional.

It took 3 try's to get the one window correct. The installation team was very good, clean professional and friendly! I did not receive a call or voice mail about arrival time of the installation team. I don't believe I have spoken to a Milgard representative on the phone.

We had 3 windows replaced under warranty. The Milgard installers were courteous professionals with integrity. It was worth the patience of waiting until they were available to do the job.

Good service except originally they could not install one of the replacement windows as techs were given wrong size window.

I called for my warranty replacement window in March 2017. I received my window finally installed in February 2018. Never once did anyone follow up with me. Check your records as I conducted 27 calls to follow up and was given a ridiculous excuse each time I called. A manager would never call me, no one ever took responsibility for the terrible service I received. Missing paperwork so the call center and Mike the tech were blaming each other, another trip to my home to do it again, missing diagrams, order not placed, came in broken in January no one told me. You guys are terrible at communication and follow up. 11 months for a window replacement is simply unacceptable. Never once did anyone apologize and unless I insisted someone tell me this is ridiculous no one would acknowledge. You treated me very poorly as a customer. Mike told my husband they fired the lady who started my case. Let me know if you ever wanted a trained professional to come in and consult to show you how to fix this service issue you have I have consulted several companies over the year to improve processes. I have ran a company for 20 years and no one would work here another day if this is how they treated anyone. You guys disappoint!

Everyone at Milgard from the Service Department to the in-home Service Technicians were a pleasure to deal with. The window replacement was completed in about 10 minutes and looks great!

The repair work was performed by a very outstanding person...First, he was right within the time window we had pre-coordinated. He then communicated exactly what he was doing, while executing the repair work. When it was more complicated than anticipated, he explained exactly what he was planning with an accurate time estimate of his plan. He also provided guidance on how to prevent a reoccurrence of the same problem. Excellent repair person. Also, the coordination to arrange the repair was very straight forward. The advance time to schedule the appointment was a little long, but I am very pleased with the process and especially with the actual repair result AND especially with the person that executed the repair.

I have one house one cottage but in 2000. Over 30 Milgard windows. Love them. If I have ever had a need for service, it was so easy, one phone call and a service tech would call me back and come over very quickly to fix the problem. I didn't know it was possible and so easy to replace a double pane window or the hinges of an awning window.

I AM GLAD I PICKED MILGARD FOR MY WINDOWS AND DOORS. AFTER YEARS OF USAGE THE FAULTY WINDOW WAS REPLACED WITHOUT A QUESTION AND DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THANK YOU MILGARD.
