Danny showed up when scheduled and changed out the locks on the 2 sliding doors. It took no time at all.We think our new Milgard windows and doors are great. We'd recommend them to anyone.

May 06, 2015We have a very heavy sliding glass door (it is 8 feet wide, so each side is 4 feet) and it was getting difficult to open and close. Don kept me informed as to his approximate arrival time. Don got right to work with quiet professionalism, analyzing the problem, worked on various parts including cleaning the track in areas I can't reach, removing the door and replacing the wheels with new parts. The door works like new -- opening and closing smoothly and quietly. We have never been disappointed with our Milgard windows or with the service.

Everything went better than expected. He was here before the scheduled time, it was very interesting to watch the changing of the window. I asked questions and he explain what he was doing. Very professional and efficient.

May 06, 2015Service reps were prompt and went right to work fixing our slider. After fixing the slider I asked about another window that I was having trouble locking. The repair technicians showed me the proper way to lock the problem window.Very professionalay handled.

The service tech who came to the house was the best I've had visit my house for service out of any industry (cable, telephone, internet...)! He was friendly and a great person to talk to. Just a great experience and quickly replaced the glass. Looks great!

May 05, 2015I submitted my request for the replacement of three windows that had lost their seal, and one that needed a lift mechanism repair. Although the appointment had to be scheduled a month after our request, it was worth the wait. The technicians arrived promptly, were very personable and professional, and worked quickly. They left no mess, did no damage, wore booties in the house, and were courteous and easy to do business with. It was a great experience with no hassle.

May 05, 2015I recently had Milgard out t service an issue with my sliding glass door. They called ahead of time to verify appointment. The technician called about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. They quickly remedied the problem with the door and told me if I had any other problems to call them. I purchased that door over 10 years ago. I recently replaced all the windows and doors in my home and couldn't be more pleased. I'm stunned how they have improved the energy efficiency of the house even though we had dual pane glass before. I highly recommend this company.

So, when I began the warranty process, I was hopeful that Milgard had the same philosophy of customer satisfaction that I had.
From the moment Tara called me until the windows were replaced I can honestly say that the warranty claim experience was a dream come true.
If a customer loves the value that they have received from a supplier then they will tell tell other consumers about their positive experience. If they receive little or no after sale service or warranty follow up after the sale then they will tell 10 times as many people!
In my opinion, as long as you maintain the standard of service I received Milgard's future success in your industry is assured.

May 05, 2015It took months to get the appointment scheduled, but when they came to install the window they did a great job. They were friendly and right on time. They cleaned the window before installing it, and since it's a second story window, that was good.

No problems, no hassle. We are satisfied customers! Windows (5) were purchased from Loew's and installed by a contractor, neither of whom were any help to us in this matter.
