Feb 07, 2018When our 15-year-old bedroom window got cloudy, we had no idea Milgard would be so helpful in replacing it. The two service techs today had the replacement window installed in the time it took me to move one load of clothes from the washer to the dryer! Outstanding!

He was highly accommodating, answered all of our questions, demonstrated the correct way to close the windows, and offered maintenance advice. He corrected a few problems in a highly efficient manner, and left us with a grateful feeling that Milgard not only has stood behind its product but always has provided quality service to its customers.

Feb 07, 2018All of the Millard folks were good folks to work with. The only complaint is they work on their time frame for service not what is need for their customers. My window was leaking air causing the room to be 10 to 15 degrees cooler that the rest of my house. 9 weeks in winter with my child sleeping in this room reflects a lack of urgency from Milgard. Just being honest.

Feb 07, 2018For a service call was way to long to wait for an appointment, especially after a new install. The communication was ok but the installer asked my wife if we wanted to install the lock WHAT! that's his job. Then it was "bye" I'm done, didn't show her how to work anything or that all items were in fact taken care of. Hope I don't have to wait 2 months if a pane breaks. Love the product, just need to organize the service and communication.
