Jaime came into our home today to replace 2 windows. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. He left the work areas clean once he was done. He was polite and answered all of our questions.

Feb 09, 2018I was emailed the name of Service person, the date and time window the day before my scheduled service. The day of, I received a call from the service person saying they would be to my home in approximately 15 minutes. (Within the two hour time frame). They were at my door in 15 minutes.The service people were very professional, friendly and thorough.I couldn’t have been happier.

Feb 09, 2018Entered our concerns about what appeared to be scratches on the interior of two fixed windows. We were provided a day for the service with the stipulation that we would be contacted with a two hour window. We did not hear back; on the established date of service, I called service number and then learned that our replacement windows were on "back-order". After apologies and being transferred to another number, we were given another date for the service call. The technician phoned prior to the appointment time that he was in the area and wanted to know if he could come and fix the windows. I happily said yes. He was here about thirty minutes, did a great job with no mess. Warranty service was very good.

Feb 09, 2018Not one to leave scathing reviews however, this is the second time that it took Milgard over a year to correctly install windows in my home. One in Oak Harbor WA, and one in Mount Vernon, WA.. In the second home we purchased seven windows total. Fourteen months later I was still having issues with leaking and screens that did not fit. I can not foresee a circumstance that would convince me to spend one more dollar with Milgard.

Feb 09, 2018The head technician measured all the windows to be replaced to make sure the new windows would fit., before removing the failed windows. They put on booties while in the house and vacuumed after the replacement windows were installed. In two hours all four new windows looked better than ever.

Feb 09, 20182 years later, finally seems fixed. Confederation of poor execution across multiple visits, horrible follow up, and abhorrent delays in progress that required me to restart the progress. For instance, I was mailed the incorrect door part by two different technicians on two different occasions after they each visited the site in person. And I was punished by being put at the back of the line of a multiple month queue for follow up visit. How is that possible? Will not use Milgard in a future renovation.

It’s hard to want to give Milgard Janine to people who need new windows because of the length of time it took to get our windows fixed it took almost a year

Feb 09, 2018Had a problem with the patio door shattering into a million pieces they said no warranty on them. Apparently this happens quite often on patio doors so there is no warranty. When we had another company in to fix this problem we showed them some other issues we were having and they said Milgard would fix the problem because they were not installed properly. One phone call and 2 e-mails and not even a response...........IS THAT WHAT U CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ???????????????

Feb 08, 2018After 9 months of the customer opening case # I finally get a new window pane on my door. This is by far the WORSE experience I have ever endured. No one calls back. No one cares....let me clarify that the customer service ppl care but after they take the message, it is terrible. Not impressed with Mike at all. Never returns calls. My window came in in July '17 and I finally Jan '18 got my window. My daughter and husband are looking for window replacements in their home and I know who not to send her to.
