Milgard Ultra Picture Window Reviews

In my 14 years of having Milgard window, I have only had to call for service twice. Both times the service person was outstanding. Very efficient and very professional. Can not find enough superlatives to express how much I love the Windows.

Repaired my windows very quickly and left my home cleaner than when he arrived! Very pleasant and knew what to do! Thank You Milgard!

the person taking information failed to communicate to the tech the correct address, the time and the need to call before arriving...not just once but three times. once a tech did show up unexpected, he fixed the problem then never reported it completed so another tech arrived the next day. when reported to the original person in scheduling they said the entire department was in training and could not be reached for three days. what a debacle of miscommunication internally after waiting two weeks for the service and another 4 days for them to figure it out.

I hope the training resolved this HR issue once and for all because the product itself it top notch quality.

Tech was right on time. Wonderful guy that was friendly, fast and was in and out with no difficulty. Highly satisfied with his service. Overall A+ experience and highly recommend that no one keep there failed windows!

I would like to express my sincerest thanks to today's service team. The two gentlemen who performed the work were very timely, friendly, and courteous. Their work was efficient but not rushed, and they were careful to use their carpet protection mat and booties. Everyone at Milgard has been great. Setting up the service call was smooth, and the service tech, Alexi, was great, as have been all Milgard service techs that have fixed our windows. They are knowledgeable, friendly, fast and thorough.

After the third try the window got installed. It was a cold day in all fairness. The window ended up being really streaky bad so I tried cleaning it and couldn't get the job done. So I called and was told twice by the schedule lady you all don't wash windows. I told her I thought that was rude. I wasn't looking for a window washing company I was looking to get the job done right. So she reluctantly scheduled another person to come. He did and was very confident in what he was doing. He told me what to get in the way of window washing spray and rags for the future. Sure enough the job he did was not good. So I bought the cleaner he suggested and now the window is clean.

Milgard, you are fabulous. I was wonderfully astounded when I called to request service...your phone rep pulled up all the information about my windows and all I had to do was provide code numbers on the windows...I didn’t even know they were there.

Don arrived as scheduled, effected repairs quickly & efficiently....it was like Nordstrom made a housecall to repair windows. Don was marvelous.
