Feb 12, 2018Takes forever to get an appointment. If you are lucky your window will come the right size and not broken. If it is broken you will wait another month or so. Phone rep was supposed to call the week before to set up closer appointment time for that day which never happened. Every service tech I have had are great. But why do these windows fail so often? My windows are 9 yrs old and already had four replaced !! I don't see this high failure rate in other brands. May need to think twice when I do my other home !!

Feb 12, 2018Right from the get go the experience was very pleasant. The representative who I spoke with in CA was great, and the Service Tech, who has serviced our home, Dell, was fantastic. Dell, listens very well, and is very thorough in his follow up.

Feb 12, 2018The Milgard website left a lot to be desired when entering the pertinent information about the problem and the measurements requested. The window code could not be read because of the poor product stamping. The In-home Service Techs were great and they did a fine job solving the problem.

Feb 12, 2018We have ordered our back patio door twice and both times it is defective. The first time the doors didn't latch or secure. The second time the doors are chipped. We have gotten notification they will come out to our property - they don't show and they don't reschedule. We feel the product is poor quality and we aren't getting any customer service. We are working with our contractor on possible replacement and finding something else.

Feb 12, 2018Alfonso and Matt came to assess a defect in a picture window and they quickly identified the problem. They made arrangement with the office to order replacement glass. I am was very impressed with their service.
I have had Milgard windows in my home since 2003 and they have been the best investment that I made in my home. I live near a highway and the quiet line which has high sound control has absolutely made such a difference. I barely hear outside noise. The added cost made the difference between selling my home or being able to enjoy the home that I so loved.

Feb 11, 2018while the men were here my wife explained that one of the windows had leaked during a rain we had, they took a look at the window took a hose and watered the window until they where able to see water. They milgar team told my wife that this window had been installed incorrectly that they should have never put a screw in the center of the window, so they gave my wife instructions on how i should fix it. apparently because they didn't install the windows they didn't feel it was there concern. I like the windows and the company but i have much to say about the service not from you but the company that sold me these windows. I would never recommend them.

Feb 11, 2018I had a problem with water intrusion in a bathroom window and sent a request for consultation. No one responded to my online request, but once I reached a person by phone, they were helpful. This was the pattern - when I tried to resolve or move forward using the website, I got no response. When I called, the representatives were helpful.
Regarding my actual problem, the technician arrived on time and was able to replace the glass in the affected windows on-site. I had expected him to have to take measurements and order a part. The fix took no more than 20 minutes total.
