Although it took a month for a tech to arrive to take care of this minor issue, I was pleased that the Milgard tech, Aaron, was so knowledgeable, professional, prompt and polite! He even gave me a "10 minute away" call which I appreciated a lot! He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the squeaky insulation location, gave me advice I asked for to help minimize any future squeaks on my own, and was out in 15 minutes! Calling Milgard for service is straight forward...they do stand behind even the smallest concern about their product! From: Don...a very satisfied customer!

Feb 25, 2018The process was terrible. I had set an initial email service request 3/2017. It took over 20 phone calls 7 emails and several visits from techs. I lost over 5 days of personal income waiting for appointments mafe by phone to learn that the appoinment was not mafe at all. I was told it was due to a new computer software system at the Temecula office. The other days the technician had the wrong size windows or not enough windows. The supervisors was called and he did not even return my call to hear my concerns. The job was finally done one month ago.

Feb 25, 2018The Milgard Technician arrived on-time. Was extremely efficient and professional in performing the work. Everything was done completely, fully explained, and as good as new.
The only issue that I cite is that it took 2-3 months to schedule a technician to visit our home in CA.

Feb 25, 2018I emailed my failed door July 2017, my patio door finally replaced February 2018. After service no show, wrong part, and service rescheduled appointment times on few occasions, my door was finally replaced. Good news was that it only took repairmen 1/2 hour to replace door and it looks great.

Feb 25, 2018The repair of our Milgard sliding door handle and locking mechanism took all of 15 minutes to complete and we are pleased with that part of the service, however with the slider unable to be locked, it's our opinion that the repair took too long to schedule.
Initially after reporting the defect, the "first available" repair appointment was reported to be 5 to 6 weeks out, but after stressing the fact that our door does not lock, an appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks out.
