I am really happy with milgard windows and doors services. The only bone I have is the wait time reaching customer service. At times it can take a while.

2. Windows (2) would shut then slant open leaving gap - needed to shim shut: Service call in August 2017 - fixed in February 2018.

I would recommend Milgard.
The folks in the office were confused about some code marking on the edges of the windows that they asked me to look for but turned out to not exist when we bought our windows. There was also a confusion as to when the in-home service would take place.

Feb 26, 2018When I called Milgard, the CSR was the most unprofessional, unkind, and downright rude person I ever talked to. She even went to insinuate the window was not Milgard. We hadn't heard from Milgard in 8 months when out of the blue we received a call from a service rep to come and look at the window. Lo and behold he confirmed the window was Milgard and was under warranty. Jon was the most professional and kindest person. He apologized for the unprofessionalism we endured. the window has been fixed, but we would NEVER in a million years recommend Milgard to anyone.

Feb 26, 2018The issue we have had for over two years. The door has been replaced because it leaked. The replacement also leaked. Parts were supposedly ordered in September 2017. Parts arrived in February 2018 and were installed. Don't know for sure if the leak is fixed but Milgard Office is absolutely terrible with their responsiveness for getting a replacement delivered. The techs who installed were absolutely the best and always have been the saving grace for Milgard. I would never buy another Milgard window, however.

Feb 26, 2018We recently moved into a newly constructed home. We absolutely love our Milgard windows. They are very attractive and function nicely. The service technician Brian just finished. He did a great job. He came by early after calling us first. Your customer service rep/scheduler in Portland ( don’t know her name) was super nice and helpful the few times we spoke with her over the phone. Milgard seems like a great company.

Scheduled for service two months after installation. Service called and said they had to reschedule two months later. Waited all day for rescheduled service. Nobody showed

Feb 26, 2018Technicians were super. On time, called first, fixed everything very quickly.Only problem was having to wait over 2 months for them to come out. If that had happened in an acceptable time frame this would have been 5 star service.

Feb 26, 2018Milgard cancelled the service call shortly before the scheduled appointment on two occasions which was frustrating. After talking to a kind and courteous service rep on the phone, the issue causing these cancellations was identified and rectified. The third attempt for servicing occurred as scheduled and solved the problem.
