The team that came to install the glass were helpful, informative and friendly. They left the space clean. They called to adjust the arrival time, which I appreciated.

Feb 15, 2018I started the process to have a window replaced in May 2017. It was finally replaced last week, February 2018. Terrible follow up and follow through and lack of response with Milguard. The tech guys were quick and fantastic, but it should NOT take months and months and months to get the actual replacement complete. The tech guy said "it happens all the time."

Feb 15, 2018Thanks for standing by your lifetime warranty and replacing 3 double pane windows with failed seals (they were installed over 10 years agi) at no cost for labor or materials. Your service crew, the technicians who installed the replacement windows, are the best!

Feb 15, 2018Mr Pilar Morales got here slightly early and got right to work and had my slider door open and functioning properly soon after. You see it had locked shut and would not open. After replacing the broken lock gear he made sure everything was adjusted to his exacting specifications. The door opens and locks better that when it was first installed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feb 15, 2018Contractor, Home Depot Services, said order would take 8 weeks to get it to them, waited 8 werks and when door was installed it was not the door we ordered, Home Depot Services said it would take another 8 weeks to get door they reordered, when door came in they said it was the wrong door again, Home Depot Services then told me it would take another 8 weeks to get the third door, after I requested the contact information of the President of Home Depot Services (which they refused to give me), Home Depot Services then decided to request Milgard Services replace the door panel that was wrong, 19 weeks after ordering the door I now have what I ordered. If Milgard is this incompetent I would never recommend anyone buy any Milgard product or anything from Home Depot Services.. BTW - the Milgard Service guys were great.

Feb 15, 2018My window frame is cracked/broken. This does not allow me to open the window. I was told a window was being ordered in October 2017, called customer service I think in November 2017. I have not heard anything about my replacement window although, I was told it would take about a month. I would appreciate some information on when my window will be replaced. Thank you

Feb 15, 2018So far, we've had 5 window panes replaced during 2 service visits. The entire process, from the initial phone call to and including the actual service call, is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I am so glad we had Milgard windows installed during the construction process, even though the decision was our builder's. That was 26 years ago. So, clearly Milgard stands by it's product, and does so cheerfully!

Feb 15, 2018Dont Install Milgard windows for your house because they don't stand behind their warranty. I have to call 3 times to correct the problem and they keep saying these windows are not design for Heavy winds and heavy rains then why are you selling these products to the customers and charging them $13000 for 7 Windows . Stay away from their products or advertise prices.

Feb 14, 2018First service took a mo th from contact to replacing door. Glass window did not arrive and scheduled for a later date. Rolled into February. Contacted day of installation that all windows were broken and would need to reschedule. Rescheduled priority one week later. Approximately 3 months from reporting to install.
Service tech was nice and knowledgeable however left a little mess of removed tape and glue on roof area (under window) and on driveway around where his truck was parked. A little more attention to detail would be advised here.
