The service to replace the glass was excellent. They suppose to replace two panel but only bring one. We ended up schedule a 2nd replacement another day.

Lalo Bravo and his crew did a great job on replacing 3 insulated glass units that had failed. I checked the operators and all work great.

Technician knew exactly what he was doing, was done in about 10 minutes. He was also prompt and courteous.

I was very satisfied with our window replacement. The technicians they sent out where very professional and didn't waste anytime getting their job done. I will praise milgaurd windows to anyone replacing or buying new.

It took me several calls to the customer service to have my windows serviced. I had to do numerous follow ups on my own to get a tech out to my house. The tech was very good and very professional.

I purchased a sliding patio door from Milgard. It came with a screen. The screen was defective. This door was purchased last summer and as of February 16, 2018 we still do not have a screen door. I'm now being told it will be March 20th!! This is so rediculously unbelievable. They don't care about us because our purchase wasn't thousands of dollars. But $1,200 or $1,300 Is a lot to us and we deserved better treatment than this. This will be our last Milgard purchase.

Our experience with Milgard was HORRIBLE. First of all, they ordered the wrong windows for our entire addition and bathroom remodel and then tried implying that Home Depot mismeasured the grid placement which was inaccurate. They then picked up the windows for the addition to replace the grids and then made us wait yet another month for the replacements which significantly delayed our Construction. They literally just replaced our bathroom windows this morning- 5 MONTHS later, for two small bathroom windows!!! Buyers be wary. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Never. Again.

On time, clear explanation, understood details, did not hesitate and completed quickly, very safe, cleaned up very well. Very professional and good communicator.

As always, the technician was friendly, quick and efficient.Our only disappointment was that for the 2nd time the glass that needed to be replaced was not in stock. We are now scheduled for the 3rd time to have it replaced.

I had a window where the seal had failed. I contacted Milgard via the internet and within one to two days I was sent an email with a date and time for service. The first date did not work for me so I asked if there was an alternate date. Milgard quickly offered another date and that was acceptable for both of us. I did not physically talk to a representative but in this case it was not necessary. The work was professionally done and I am completely satisfied by all aspects of this request and installation. Lastly, there was no cost to me and the Milgard warranty was honored without question.

The phone rep worked with us to find the needed documentation of our being the purchasers of a window that had begun having water between the panes 22 years after installation. The repairmen were friendly, fast, and you’d never know the window isn’t the original.

Did a complete quick and efficient job. Very nice and friendly. Kept everything clean.

We had a sliding glass door replaced and when I asked the tech to check the dining room windows, he did so plus measured them and submitted the service request. Very pleasant to work with. The office did get back to me and it would be four months before I could be scheduled. It wasn't a hardship but seemed like a long time. Today's tech explained the backlog problem in 2017 and advised that has been taken care of. We will be replacing windows and sliding glass door in my daughter's house and will use Milgard.

I had a very positive experience with Milgard. They give excellent customer service and excellent after sales service. Anytime you call them they are happy to serve you. I would recommend Milgard for excellent customer care.Thanks so much Milgard.
