The service to replace the glass was excellent. They suppose to replace two panel but only bring one. We ended up schedule a 2nd replacement another day.

Feb 16, 2018I purchased a sliding patio door from Milgard. It came with a screen. The screen was defective. This door was purchased last summer and as of February 16, 2018 we still do not have a screen door. I'm now being told it will be March 20th!! This is so rediculously unbelievable. They don't care about us because our purchase wasn't thousands of dollars. But $1,200 or $1,300 Is a lot to us and we deserved better treatment than this. This will be our last Milgard purchase.

Feb 16, 2018Our experience with Milgard was HORRIBLE. First of all, they ordered the wrong windows for our entire addition and bathroom remodel and then tried implying that Home Depot mismeasured the grid placement which was inaccurate. They then picked up the windows for the addition to replace the grids and then made us wait yet another month for the replacements which significantly delayed our Construction. They literally just replaced our bathroom windows this morning- 5 MONTHS later, for two small bathroom windows!!! Buyers be wary. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Never. Again.

Feb 16, 2018I had a window where the seal had failed. I contacted Milgard via the internet and within one to two days I was sent an email with a date and time for service. The first date did not work for me so I asked if there was an alternate date. Milgard quickly offered another date and that was acceptable for both of us. I did not physically talk to a representative but in this case it was not necessary. The work was professionally done and I am completely satisfied by all aspects of this request and installation. Lastly, there was no cost to me and the Milgard warranty was honored without question.

Feb 16, 2018We had a sliding glass door replaced and when I asked the tech to check the dining room windows, he did so plus measured them and submitted the service request. Very pleasant to work with. The office did get back to me and it would be four months before I could be scheduled. It wasn't a hardship but seemed like a long time. Today's tech explained the backlog problem in 2017 and advised that has been taken care of. We will be replacing windows and sliding glass door in my daughter's house and will use Milgard.
