Feb 17, 2018Scheduling the appointment time was easy, though I attempted to create an appointment online and no one ever got back to me. I eventually had to call. I was scheduled an appointment approximately 3 weeks later and I was told that they would call me a few days before my appointment to find out what time the technician will be at my home. I never received a phone call. I didn't know what time the technician would show up until he called me 30 minutes before he arrived. Overall, the service was great, but I believe that scheduling an appointment and follow-up should be better.

Feb 17, 2018The builder of our home installed Milgard windows- we have had our home about 10 years and this company stands behind their windows. They have serviced our windows on a few occassions during this timeframe and have always been professional. I would definitely purchase from Milgard again. Great service technicians.

Feb 17, 2018It is hard to believe that a lifetime warranty is for real. But it is true my fogged window was replaced after 10 years at no cost to me. Hard to believe but I will always select Milgard for my windows.

Feb 17, 2018Milgard was immediately responsive and scheduled a technician to come as soon as possible. He came on time and was finished in 10 minutes. Can't ask for more than that.

Feb 17, 2018I have 2 small single hung windows in my bathroom that both cracked within 3 mos of install. I asked the service rep why and he said because in a bathroom the extreme temperature variations can cause the internal window pane on the double paned windows to crack. He gave this explanation very begrudgingly. He said that the new window will have a breather in it. When installing the new I asked him to show me where the breather is and he could not do that. Since my install was 3 months ago I question why I didn't get the windows with the breather installed in the 1st place!?! I'm skeptical that the new replacement will perform properly...time will tell.

Feb 17, 2018We understand issue do occur with product. The way those issues are handled makes a world of difference in the overall satisfaction. During our remodel we had purchased many Milgard windows and unfortunately we experienced an issue with one after several years. Your on site service rep was just outstanding. He was polite, professional and well experienced. We will continue to be Milgard customers.Thank you Armando Sanchez, the view is spectacular!!

Feb 17, 2018Last summer we sent a request for warranty service on a fogged up window. After a reply with questions that were answered the service got lost. The request was resent this winter and we got a reply and service was scheduled about a month out. Today the service was completed in less than a half hour. The tech was great
