Milgard Tuscany V400 Garden Air Window Reviews

I submitted my request for window replacement due to failure of the seal of two double paned windows in July. Last week the issue was resolved successfully, 7 months later.Although Milgard has a great replacement guarantee on it's windows, be patient because it takes lots of time for them to contact you to get the correct information and schedule the service.

I was experiencing a foggy issue in between my panes on my sliding glass door.

As always, the local call center was able to locate my account and identify the window that I was calling I regards.

An appointment was set. A call on Friday to confirm my appt time (12p-2p) on Tuesday as Monday was a holiday.

The team arrived at 1030a. Lucky someone was home. No call saying they were running early.

Both Aaron and Nick were professional and knew what they were doing.

Very dissappointed. Light dividers were oversized and bound up sliding door. Tech's came to fix. Cut new dividers. very crooked. Replaced crooked divider, still crooked. Retractable screen is awful. This setup will not work over the long term...3 months at best. Tech's cut divider materials, left the mess on the ground...no clean up. Pieces with black sealant were stuck all over new stucco surface. My gosh, I was happy to just see them leave! By the way, it took 5 months to to have tech's come out for repair.

I'm original owner of house built in 2003. Milgard honored its guarantee with replacing windows that had been damaged by sun or by wear and tear in the door frame. The technicians were prompt, courteous and efficient. The process of making an appointment on line was easy.

Milgard stands behind their products which are great. And the service from Manuel Abonce was OUTSTANDING. Very efficient and clean... So seamless. Thank you all.

The service and installer were terrific. I would have appreciated the promised phone call a few days prior to the actual installation so that I could have better planned my day.

The service tech. called to let us know when he would be here and showed up on time. He replaced the window in about 15 minutes. Really knew what he was doing.

The service Tech's from Milgard arrived within the window of time that we scheduled. They were prompt, professional and quick. The senior Tech had 25 years of experience and it showed.
