Thank you Milgard. I called about an issue with a window. It turned out the seal had broken. You were so nice about taking care of the problem. The gentleman who came to replace the window was very nice and quick! He was done in no time. And before he left he asked if there were any other issues.

Feb 22, 20181) Your distributor, who I bought 18 Essence windows fromwould not replace a broken pane that was delivered that way (DJ's Glass & Sash) AND DID NOT EVEN TELL ME YOU HAD A REPLACEMENT POLICY - unbelievable..2) Once YOU had the request in-house it took nearly 18 MONTHS to get it done, and fouled it up the first time by bringing the wrong sized pane..............SOOOO...I'M DONE WITH MILGARD........D. Feb 22, 2018This is the third house that we built and the third house that we put in Milgard windows and sliders. Any time that I have had a question about a problem with a window or slider Milgard has responded quickly and in a positive manner. The techs that they have are all great and very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Milgard.

Feb 22, 2018My windows were installed, one order in sept 2017 and one in Nov 2017. The tech finally came out to repair ALL of the damages to my new windows from installation. Scratched, dings and exterior frame damages scratches and chips out of the metal SO DISSAPPOINTED. He finally brought the screens last week and put the wrong handle on my one window. REALLY ??????? It was so obviously wrong. The paint he used to hide the cuts in the custom metal frame did not match and were sloppily done and he didn't have what he needed and still I am waiting.

Feb 22, 2018I was very happy to learn of the lifetime warranty on my Milgard windows. Our home was built in 2005 and discovered recently many of the panes had failed and were becoming foggy. I was thrilled that when I contacted Milgard they told me since I was the original homeowner that would replace all the failed windows for us. They also took care of a window track that had become very sticky and made the window difficult to open. The only thing I think they could improve on, is when the technician comes they could do better cleanup of the sills when finished and clean the new windows to remove finger prints and smudges/

Feb 22, 2018I filed a warranty claim for a blown window back in November of 2017 and was told it would be replaced in late December. In December I was told that Milgard no longer serviced windows in my area and it would be handled by a sub contractor. After several cancellations I finally got my window installed on Feb 22, 2018 and, low and behold, it is defective. The contract installer tried to tell me that it has a small piece of silicone caulking showing but a closer look shows a crack in the glass. Anyhow, back to calling for another appointment and replacement.

He represented Milgard in the most professional way and was a pleasure to work with .The one complaint is from the time we filed our request for replacement of windows to the actual date it was completed took several months !!

Feb 22, 2018I originally contacted Milgard on 12/9/17. The soonest available appointment was in the beginning of February. The morning of that scheduled appointment, Milgard cancelled and postponed our appointment a little over 2 weeks. The window was finally repaired in 2/22/18. The service man was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a good job and was very quick. I am 100% happy with the job he did.
