Rudy and Milgard are GREAT!
From the moment your Service person, Rudy, arrived, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and effective. It was very clear his goal was to inform us about the windows, their operation and how to maintain them so we were completely happy. We had been having more and more issues with the operation of the windows in the house, he checked them all, lubricated some and replaced the mechanism for the others. We cannot say enough about Rudy and his service for MilGard.......except that we wish ALL companies had Rudy working for them.
Milgard stands by their products
We installed Milgard windows in 2003. We recently had seals on a couple of windows break and they became foggy looking. The receipt for the installation was lost at same point. Nonetheless, Milgard located our record and scheduled a tech visit with no fuss. The tech showed up at the time stated and installed new windows under the lifetime warranty. Excellent service.
