We were very involved with the design and construction of our home 26 years ago, and really wondered whether or not a lifetime guarantee on the windows we chose really had any value. Well, with our southerly exposure above LK Washington, where the wind with rain drives the worst possible weather our way, our choice going with Milgard has turned out to be a small miracle. Not only has the majority of the windows survived the onslaught, but for those that gave up, Milgard promptly came to the rescue and replaced/repaired the weak few, no questions asked. We have no reservations about recommending Milgard to those building a new home or replacing windows in an existing comfortable manor.

It was amazing to have Milgard come up to my home in the mountains to replace my broken window, and the job was very nicely done in just 15 minutes. But it took several months to schedule the repair, because I can only be home 9am-2:30pm (outside those hours I have a long commute to my son's school). Interesting! I had to wait until my dad was visiting from another state before they would agree to come, and they ended coming at 9am when I was home!

Millard was excellent at follow up for a warranty repair we had seven years post construction of our two story home. Millard was responsive on replacing two failed tinted panes and completed the job in under two hours. The repair person was experienced, quick and very good. If recommend Milhard to anyone wanting quality, follow up and a professional installation standing behind a warranty!

I had a five window panes that started to show signs of issue with the low E coating. I filled out the on-line form and someone contacted me within 48 hours. They listened to my issues, ordered the replacements and kept me informed of the install date along the way. The In Home technician was very professional and quickly installed the replacements. Overall, very pleased with the service.

We had two Milgard windows replaced in our living roomthat had lost their seal after three years . The service was excellent from our first call to Milgard to report the problem to the service folks that came to our home to replace the windows .The life time warrenty was great too!

From our initial contact via phone to the fogged windows being replaced, the process was simple. Both the phone customer service rep and technician that replaced the windows were friendly.

I first started this process back in August with the online warranty service request. At that time I sent a request to have six windows replaced. I then received a call in October to set up an appointment to have the windows replaced. When the service tech arrived they had only three of the windows. He then took the time to check all the window and make a detailed list of all the windows needed to complete the job and he found we needed 11 windows replaced. Two months later I received a call for another appointment on Saturday again as the first appointment was. When they arrived this time they only had 6 of the 11 windows to be replaced. Tech was very apologetic and measured for the remaining 5 windows still needing replaced. About 5 weeks later I received another call to set up the 3rd appointment and was told they no longer did Saturday appointments so I had to take time off work for which I do not get paid for and schedule an appointment that was not convenient for something that should have been resolved last October.

My problem was resolved promptly and swiftly. They were in and out in a few minutes. Couldn't ask for more.
