I was extremely pleased with the consistently prompt, courteous, professional and friendly service from both Deanna Caldwell in Customer Service and Cornelio Quintanilla, the Field Tech. Cornelio not only installed my beautiful replacement window in less than 5 minutes, but he took the extra time to also provide me with some helpful cleaning and maintenance tips to care for my windows and doors!

The actual service in our building was quick & well-done. However, I tried several times last summer to get this taken care of & it was difficult to get it done. I tried again a few weeks ago, and it was taken care of within a month. Thank you!

The service person called to let me know when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he presented a courteous, professional appearance. He quickly replaced the window, told me what he had done, and if we had any more problems, please call Milgard and they would attend to it. I was completely satisfied with the service I received.

The repair was done well and my windows are working great. I couldn't be more happy with the service and way we were treated.

From the first contact I had regarding our problem, I was treated like the company really wanted to resolve my issue and they did in a very courteous and professional manner from the customer service employees over the phone to the installer, on his first visit to inspect and today when the installation occurred. Besides that, both visits to my home where within the 2 hour time frame. In this day and age, it isn't always easy dealing with firms when you have a concern about their products. Milgard seems to get it right.

The technician did a great job of replacing old with new windows under lifetime warranty. I am now lifetime customer of Milgard Windows.

The technician came to solve two issues. He quickly and professionally removed and replaced the defective glass pane. Regarding the second issue, even though we provided a photo of the damaged crank mechanism, the technician was furnished the wrong part. He said he would have the correct part shipped directly to our residence by last Friday. So far nothing has arrived. If Milgard provides the ability for customers to upload photos on their website, then we customers expect Milgard to view the image(s) and for the technician to arrive with all the proper parts and tools.

Courteous, professional. I wish all service providers were as good as these guys. Milgard should be proud and makes me want to buy Milgard in the future.

It took less than thirty days from initial contact to replacement of the window that had started fogging on the inside. Everyone I've talked to at this company has been very helpful and I will continue to look for their label when purchasing windows in the future

The scheduler called and emailed me prior to the appointment date so that I would not forget. The service tech arrived on time, introduced himself, changed out the cracked glass window panes promptly, cleaned up little debris that was on the window and gave me some tips on lubricating the latches and slides and left. I did not have to wait all day ! I have built two houses (1991 & 2004) using Milgard windows extensively and have always experienced excellent professional service the very, very few times I needed it. I can recommend Milgard Windows to one and all, with absolutely no reservations, as your choice for new construction or remodel.

I was extremely pleased at how easy it was to have our windows repaired. From the initial phone call to the actual repairs, Milgard was a pleasure to work with. The people were all very polite and professional and the repairs were done promptly and look great. I couldn't be more pleased.

I had attempted three different times to install a lock for my sliding glass door. I finally gave up when the final instal resulted in a non-functioning lock.

I called Milgard and requested service. While it took nearly three weeks for the service to be completed, the technician was able to install a new door handle and fixed the lock very quickly. He also took the time to adjust my sliding glass door to get it to function correctly.

I love the Milgard product and am as thrilled with these windows and sliding glass door now as I was 10 years ago when they were installed. And Milgard stands by its product as long as they say they do!!

The technician was very professional and took care of my problem in one service call. We selected Milgard windows not only because they were local but because of their outstanding product and service. This only goes to reinforce our decision in buying Milgard.

Seals on 4 of our living room and bedroom windows on the west side of the house had failed. Three of the windows were high in a vaulted ceiling. This is the side of the house that gets severe exposure to sun and weather. We had Great Northern Window and Door in Bend take a look at the windows. They arranged for Milgard to service the windows under warranty.

Brian from Milgard came out today with 4 new windows. Within an hour he had replaced the 3 high living room windows and the sliding window in the bedroom. I'm glad it was Brian, and not me, on the ladder!

I noticed several windows fogged up inside the two panes of glass during one of the RARE rain/fog events here in the desert. I submitted a service request to Milgard and within a few days they scheduled the repair. The service technician arrived two hours earlier than expected and was finished repairing four windows within two hours. He was very polite and professional, and did an outstanding job! I am VERY pleased with the way Milgard provided service as part of their lifetime warranty. Hats off to you all!! :)
