Communication was prompt via phone and email. Arrived within the scheduled time and replaced the faulty window. Even went out of the way to spray silicon on the track to help my kitchen window slide smoothly. Overall, very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and courtesy of Milgard and each of the employees I had contact with to honor their Lifetime Warranty for windows replacement. Its nice to know that there are merchants that back their guarantee. Count me as very satisfied!

We had our windows installed in 2005. (San Diego County, CA) Recently, we noticed an iridescent sheen on the insides of several windows. I called and spoke to a very helpful and professional CSR, who then set up a service date with me. There was no question that my windows were going to be replaced! I was given a call, as promised, a few days before the service to give me a time window. The day of service, the workman called me just before the time he was expected to arrive to let me know he'd be here in ten minutes. Incredible! He then arrived and very quickly and efficiently installed 4 beautifully clear new windows. He was very professional and courteous, as well as nicely dressed with a Milgard shirt. I'd give the entire experience ten stars if I could.

Took awhile to get an appt but communication was good and service prompt and competent

We were very involved with the design and construction of our home 26 years ago, and really wondered whether or not a lifetime guarantee on the windows we chose really had any value. Well, with our southerly exposure above LK Washington, where the wind with rain drives the worst possible weather our way, our choice going with Milgard has turned out to be a small miracle. Not only has the majority of the windows survived the onslaught, but for those that gave up, Milgard promptly came to the rescue and replaced/repaired the weak few, no questions asked. We have no reservations about recommending Milgard to those building a new home or replacing windows in an existing comfortable manor.

It was amazing to have Milgard come up to my home in the mountains to replace my broken window, and the job was very nicely done in just 15 minutes. But it took several months to schedule the repair, because I can only be home 9am-2:30pm (outside those hours I have a long commute to my son's school). Interesting! I had to wait until my dad was visiting from another state before they would agree to come, and they ended coming at 9am when I was home!
