Your service rep called 30 minutes before he arrived and was right on time. He was very professional and did an excellent job replacing our defective windows. He was polite and very neat in his work. We have had a number of windows replaced and feel happy that Milgard stands behind their product.

I submitted my request for service on line. Once done I was advised that someone would be in touch with me in 2 business days. Turned out to be 1, and by the way that I preferred, e-mail. In that e-mail was a suggested date of service. I accepted and was advised that 2 days prior to the service day I would be advised when the tech would arrive. This happened too. The tech arrived during the first 30 min of the 2 hour service window. He was courteous, explained what he would do and how long it would take. Everything happened just as he said it would. Charlie is the man!

Thank you very much for doing exactly what you said you would do, when you said you would do it. I don't think it gets much better than that.

We needed replacements (Milgard windows installed in 2000) for two windows as the seals were no longer working. While measuring for the replacements they checked other windows and found six others that were failing also. All eight were replaced for us. We really appreciate the Milgard folks, their customer service, and the way they stand behind their products. All the people we dealt with from the customer service lady on the phone to the installers were great.

We are very satisfied with the quality and the price we paid for our windows and doors. We had some minor problems with the screens and one case window. This was resolved quickly and with exceptional professionalism.

13 years ago we replaced all our windows with Milgard. After several years, two windows had become funky with a nasty look and disfigurement to the glass. We did not know what happened. A kitchen remodel sparked the window issue recently. We looked into replacing windows, which would have been costly, and found out we had a lifetime warranty. It took a little research, but Customer Reps helped us locate needed info, to schedule replacement service. Appointment was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. Arturo came out to our home. He was on time, polite, had proper identification, communicated well, confirmed window size before pulling bad windows out, had accurate material to properly complete job. Windows look brand new again. He addressed an issue with one of the windows slide and lock, that has never been easy to operate. He showed us a silicone spray that we can purchase, and showed us how to apply to all the window slides. Recommended this treatment every 6 months. What a difference a little education on our Milgard windows has made. Extremely pleased and appreciative customer. Our investment in all custom Milgard windows was well worth it. I am quite pleased with my new French doors, as I have been with several other Milgard products I have had installed in the past several years. The doors, however, needed a bit of adjusting in order to close and lock smoothly. The technician today took care of the problem (a minor problem, it seems) with professionalism in every sense. I appreciate his timeliness, his courteous manner, and efficiency in his work.Thank you, Milgard!

I cannot say enough positive things about Milgard. Our windows and doors are great and any service issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. It's been over twelve years since I built our home and Milgard still stands behind their products with no questions asked.

Only one problem we've experienced. That was the pieces shipped from the factory twice had a flaw in them that was not caught at factory. They quickly replaced the two flawed glasses at their expense, but I can't help but think the cost would be less to the consumer if they didn't make those kind of errors.

You guys are awesome, very profressional in every way , I am very glad that we bought your products and I certainly would recommend Milgard' products and services to anybody, thank you very much.

I just don't know how Milgard does it. A lifetime warentee.We have a large house will all Milgard products. After almost ten years one window failed with moisture. Milgard was out replacing it in a flash with no questions asked ... and the installers were so very professional. Thank you Milgard!

Picked your windows for our remodel, 13 years ago, and loved them. Had trouble with our slider, and after many trys by my husband and I, we called in a service man. He walked into our home, and said, "those are Milgard windows, fully warranted. Mark, who is the technician, arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately. He was able to replace both windows within an hour, very courteous and extremely neat. I was able to ask him numerous questions about the replacement process and he patiently explained step by step as he performed the work. Needless to say we were suitably impressed with his knowledge and skill. I couldn't imagine purchasing another brand of window other than Milgard. As my dad used to say: "you get what you pay for" and Milgard and their service is the very best.

Just has repair that took over six week to get an appointment. Techs were here on time and quickly fix sliding door wheels and track. This door has never operated this smoothly, WOW

Our patio door latch froze so that we couldn't open the door. We called our dealer, Doug Lopez at 1st Windows, in Signal Hill, CA and he informed us that a service tech would have to come out and that we would have to email a formal request to him. Service tech came out 2 wks later replaced the latch. We are pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and service of everyone from dealer, manufacturing rep, to service tech. We would recommend these windows and doors to anyone.
