It was a pleasure to have Milgard Service in my home to replace several windows. They were on time, polite, worked as professionals, and even cleaned the new windows - inside and out - before they left.It was a good experience from start to finish.

On 5-14-15, "Vitaliy" (spelling may be incorrect) came to fix a few window problems we had with the respective "open" mechanisms. He did a fine and fast job of it. We were very happy with the service and Milgard's outstanding guarantee. The company truly stands behind its products.

A couple of things could have been better, though. I just had another door fixed by another company and they were better in these areas...One: don't park on someone's cement in front of their garage door if you have an acre of gravel driveway that you could park on. (the *other company* didn't)Two:Clean the glass when you are finished. It should look nice when you are done. (the *other company* didn't require me to clean up after them)Three:Techs should maintain a professional appearance. Maybe Milgard teeshirts...and tidy hair? (the appearances of the *other guys* were much more reassuring when I let them into my home)

Milgard stands behind their product. Twice we have had double-pane windows fail (condensation or spotting in between the glass) and Milgard has replaced them with no questions asked. The technicians are quick, clean, and professional!

I've been dealing with this window not locking because the man that came out from where we purchased the window from said there was nothing wrong with it. For years we have worried about not being able to lock that window. I suddenly thought to make the call to you. Other than taking too long to get a tech here, about a month, I was so happy it's finally fixed. The tech that came was very nice and even came back in to help me one more time. I wasn't opening it correctly but he was so kind and patient. I really appreciate him. Thank you! Finally feel safe!!

Great service. Problem with several 6 year old windows. Took some time to have Milgard come out, but they sent a very experienced technician who replaced the first set of windows in a fast and professional manner. He noticed other windows showing the start of the same problem and came back to replace those as well. Kudos to Milgard for backing up their warranty with no hassle, and excellent field personnel. I called to have a technician out to repair 6 window sliders that had become defective. The tech went above and beyond and replaced ALL window sliders in the house due to a recall. He was quick and polite. Now all my windows work smoother than ever!

Xavier, Josh, and Matt are a reflection of the Milgard windows we purchased. They were on time, professional, courteous, hard working, thorough explanation of work to be performed and thoroughly detailed on answering any questions we asked. These are the type of work ethics I was raised on, however we very seldom see them any more these days. My wife and I were the contractors on our home, and believe me, we dealt with some of the worst! These employees are fine examples for others to follow. Randy should be proud of these guys and they really deserve recognition saved for the best of the best. They are welcome in our home anytime!God bless

Have to keep this short but sweet. I would buy Milgard windows and doors over any other. The lifetime warranty is incredible and the quality of their dealers and in house service staff is simply the best.

While the wait time was considerable for the repair date, the actual repair was great. The tech's Olig and Gary were on time, courteous, and professional. It was a great experience.
