Our home has Milgard windows and two of them after 12 years had failed, became foggy. There was no hesitation when I called for replacements. They were prompt and very courteous. No questions asked. I am very happy with the service.

We got a nice courtesy call a few days before the appt with service time window, and the Milgard technician arrived right on time. Could not have been nicer or more professional. Response time from initial call was one month before service tech arrived. If I were to pick one thing Milgard could do to improve it would be speed up there response time. Service Tech was great.

had a defect in my window and called milgard and they took the time to walk me through to find the right window relacement vent and they were fast and verry nice to deal with . if you dont buy Milgard windows your realy missing out this is a company that I chose over 20 years ago and there the best customer service by far hands down .

The service personnel exceeded all of my expectations.

Vlad did his best to make closing easier on the only casement window in the place. Turns out that it's hard to correct stuff when/if the window isn't installed properly. You can only do so much with an existing situation without removing and replacing it, and as a builder, I just didn't want to go there, and, no, I wasn't the builder for this home. I know how to install windows correctly...with no call backs!!

This is the third window I've had to have replaced because of a lost seal in-between the two panes of glass. It's kind of a hassle but, Milgard has stood behind their full lifetime warranty. They called back within two days of requesting service, and my replacement window was installed two weeks later.

The scheduled time was from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The technician arrived promptly at 2:00 pm and completed the window replacement by 2:30. I was not at home, but my wife and mother-in-law said that he was both professional and courteous.

I was extremely pleased with the consistently prompt, courteous, professional and friendly service from both Deanna Caldwell in Customer Service and Cornelio Quintanilla, the Field Tech. Cornelio not only installed my beautiful replacement window in less than 5 minutes, but he took the extra time to also provide me with some helpful cleaning and maintenance tips to care for my windows and doors!
