May 11, 2015I will say that my service was awesome as always. However, I called the 800 number and was told to put the order in by going to the internet. It was kinda nice to do that and be able to take pictures of the issues. It just took a few minutes. When I did get an email, it was going to be a few weeks until they cold get to me. For warranty work, I can't complain. Thank you!

May 11, 2015I installed my Milguard windows several years ago and only had to call once for a window that was in need of service. I called the office and was greeted warmly and set up an appointment seamlessly. The appointment was reconfirmed several times via mail, email and voice which is great because technology is our friend. The service man who came by was equally professional and replace the window in a very short amount of time. He was courteous and respectful and even used booties to protect my floors. I strongly recommend Milguard Windows.

May 09, 2015We had a small, hard to diagnose leak in one of our ganged windows. Even though our order had been placed more than a year prior to the claim, Milgard found our order number with a minimum of searching, and dispatched a service technician without question.
It took about a week before the technician showed up (due in part to our remote location), but once he did the problem was promptly resolved.

He was polite and very neat in his work. We have had a number of windows replaced and feel happy that Milgard stands behind their product.

May 09, 2015I submitted my request for service on line. Once done I was advised that someone would be in touch with me in 2 business days. Turned out to be 1, and by the way that I preferred, e-mail. In that e-mail was a suggested date of service. I accepted and was advised that 2 days prior to the service day I would be advised when the tech would arrive. This happened too. The tech arrived during the first 30 min of the 2 hour service window. He was courteous, explained what he would do and how long it would take. Everything happened just as he said it would. Charlie is the man!
Thank you very much for doing exactly what you said you would do, when you said you would do it. I don't think it gets much better than that.

May 08, 2015We needed replacements (Milgard windows installed in 2000) for two windows as the seals were no longer working. While measuring for the replacements they checked other windows and found six others that were failing also. All eight were replaced for us. We really appreciate the Milgard folks, their customer service, and the way they stand behind their products. All the people we dealt with from the customer service lady on the phone to the installers were great.

May 08, 201513 years ago we replaced all our windows with Milgard. After several years, two windows had become funky with a nasty look and disfigurement to the glass. We did not know what happened. A kitchen remodel sparked the window issue recently. We looked into replacing windows, which would have been costly, and found out we had a lifetime warranty. It took a little research, but Customer Reps helped us locate needed info, to schedule replacement service. Appointment was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. Arturo came out to our home. He was on time, polite, had proper identification, communicated well, confirmed window size before pulling bad windows out, had accurate material to properly complete job. Windows look brand new again. He addressed an issue with one of the windows slide and lock, that has never been easy to operate. He showed us a silicone spray that we can purchase, and showed us how to apply to all the window slides. Recommended this treatment every 6 months. What a difference a little education on our Milgard windows has made. Extremely pleased and appreciative customer. Our investment in all custom Milgard windows was well worth it. The doors, however, needed a bit of adjusting in order to close and lock smoothly. The technician today took care of the problem (a minor problem, it seems) with professionalism in every sense. They quickly replaced the two flawed glasses at their expense, but I can't help but think the cost would be less to the consumer if they didn't make those kind of errors.
