The technician arrived right on time, in fact a little early. He could not have been more courteous, efficient, thorough and thoughtful. He not only quickly replaced the failed glass in our sliding glass door, but he also adjusted the lock to work more smoothly and checked out our other sliding door without even being asked. He was done in no time at all. I was very impressed with his work and could not be happier. Thank you!

my door lock malfunctioned on a saturday morning, so i called and left message indicating the urgency of my situation, never got a call back on monday! had to try again tuesday morning, and then the rep said they are short handed.. they did schedule the repair, took care of it same day, so overall good experience, but was not too confident in response time during urgent situation

I really didn't think that the service and performance levels demonstrated by Milguard existed any longer in any manufacturing or home improvement companies. Milguard was exceptional on every level from phone personnel to repairmen - their customer service exceeded any expectations I had! Great work! Well done!

Fast Easy Great Warranty Service No hassels

Outstanding service, the service Tech was on time, clean and polite which I expected, but he also looked at several of my other Milgard windows that had minor issues which he did not need parts for to resolve. Based on my issues with my single hung windows the person in the service department provided the service Tech with balances for my other single hung windows which I seldom use. The Tech was able to change the balances on these windows as well as they were in fact worn out . Great crystal ball! Saved a lot of additional time and effort in having to request another service call when I would have found these windows to be in need. I am glad that I have Milgard windows as they stand behind their products and provide excellent service.

In the unlikely event of a window failure, Milgard service in identifying and repairing the problem is the best! Firest our phone rep was thorough in help me finding the window ID #, and scheduling the service. Then, your guy, Sergei, was v professional. Called to ask if he could come out early. Replaced the window in a blink. Even fixed another Milgard window (locking mech) that was not on the work order. Other companies could learn from you. We needed some new springs for our slide up windows and 3 windows replaced due to condensation. The windows were covered under warranty even though our house is nearly 10 years old. The service techs were very prompt, arrived well within the 2 hour window communicated by telephone and email, and were very professional. I was very impressed with overall communication and service.I will definitely make sure my next home has Milgard windows.

I will always buy Milgard windows...I let them know we had a problem window, they easily set up an appointment and replaced the window as quickly as possible (of course with no charge thanks to their lifetime warranty). I must say the customer service at Milgard is above all the rest. When you call on the phone the professionalism is superb. When the technician came to service my windows he was professional, polite, and very efficient. I enjoy knowing that my windows not only have been installed correctly but the maintenance of them is wonderful.

Armando and Jose came out twice and took care of my warranty replacements quickly and professionally. These guys are hard workers, acted professionally, cleaned up and even had a great sense of humor.

I just used the Milgard Full Lifetime Warrant for the 9 windows in my house. The professional technician replaced all sash Window Channel Balances in 25 minutes. I didn't know I had Milgard windows or a warranty until I was told I might have these windows. One phone call and the Milgard folks knew who I was, what windows I had and they arranged the rest. It thought it was too good to be true. But now that all the balances are replaced, I know it's true!

Milgard service representative Susie Ellis explained the warranty covering our windows, and arranged to have four sliding windows replaced at our cost and one fixed window replaced under warranty. She scheduled the appointment and Felix showed up on time and completed the work in in fewer than two hours. He did a nice job and we are happy with the work and the windows look great.

I particularly liked the pleasant negotiations with Ms Ellis, who provided solutions to our problem rather than simply stating that the warranty was no longer valid because we coated the windows with reflective film.

Milgard windows are such a high quality - they hold up so well. Every time I have called the phone rep has been very informative and helpful. When the service reps come out to check the problem they are knowledgeable, quick to fix and handle the situation. All staff is very considerate, helpful and efficient. I love my Milgard windows! We've had 3/4 of the house windows in Milgard for 16 years and just replaced the front two windows that were not Milgard with Milgard. There were a couple of small issues with the new windows but were quickly resolved/replaced. They were small issues of grids not lining up across in a large 3 window bay. They look beautiful! We've also had many compliments on how nice the windows look.
