It took a bit longer than I hoped to get the service team here. I had to wait for over 2 month, but I understand they had to come from Honolulu to Maui. However, once they were here they were fast and fixed the problem. I even learned some "tricks". I am glad to buy Milgard... they are the best!

Just like I tell my customers, they come out and replace defective windows in just a few minutes! My own house has 20 year old windows and one facing the setting sun lost it's seal and started fogging up. The repair tech showed up at our house right on the expected time and within 15 minutes had the glass panel replaced. He was very courteous and proceeded with the repair without hesitation.
