When we installed Milgard windows and doors knowing about the "lifetime" warranty I did not think that the warranty would really be well supported.. We have had people from Milgard twice. Both times they have repaired the problem, patio door issues, with no question or problem. They just come in, fix the problem, and leave without any payment or quibbling about the fix. I had thought that having someone service the windows would require persuasion and numerous nags. But these people are happy to service their products. The problems we have had with the patio over time, are probably normal wear and tear. So It was nothing to do with the design or manufacturing process.

I am very happy with the Milgard products as well as their support team.

Well satisfied with Service Desk personnel when I called. However I must be honest and tell you that the promised contact from the Service Tech of 10 days to 2 weeks didn't happen. I realize he has a large area to service, but a phone call from him with an approximate date of service would have satisfied my anxiousness for reasonably prompt service .

Technician was a true professional. Kudos for Milgard windows, recomend them to anyone needing windows. I am getting ready to build a log home in Montana and will be using Milgard clad windows there

The tecnician was very pleasant and knowledgeable with what needed to be done to our sliding glass door!

One of our windows failed and after I called, a service call was scheduled. Technician called on day of service, showed up right on time, replaced glass in window and was gone in less than 20 minutes. Very happy with service.

From the initial phone call to the very end, every one involved was very polite, and helpful. I was especially impressed by the fact that the tech had seen we had new carpet, and took his shoes off. Very considerate!

We could not have been happier with your service. It is amazing. From the first phone call where DR patiently waited while my daughter climbed up on the kitchen counter and located the number with a magnifying glass, to the cheerful lady who scheduled the appointment time. The appt. card in the mail was helpful because I had not yet thought of how to prepare for the technician's visit. I was very happy to see that only the glass needed to be replaced. I had hesitated to call because replacing the whole window would be costly to you. Milgard windows are great, cut down on noise tremendously and keeps the house warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer. They are the best upgrade I have made to the house.

Our windows were purchased in 1994 and we had no documentation as the builder installed them. Millard reps verified that we were the original owners and sent very professional installers to take care of replacing two windows which had lost their seal. Milgard employees are very courteous, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. The widows are excellent and Millard will stand behind the as long as you own them.

1.Service men didn't replace the sliding door glass, they said its not going to resolve fogging issue. I wasn't happy with that.2. Another window was not opening, so they replaced the lock. They did worked on it, but it's really hard to open.

we had been unable to use our doors for several weeks because we were not able to lock them properly. Glen came out and changed a screw and made an adjustment and now we are back in order. We did not know how much we missed using the doors until a couple of weeks had gone by. Ugh! It was so nice that Glen took very little time to repair them. THANKS GLEN!!!
