According to Milgard Windows they will no longer warranty wearable items.Some of the bellow fall under wearable items.Sliding Doors wheels and tracks only have a 1 year warranty if withing 2 miles of the ocean.  Lifetime if not within 2 miles of the ocean. Milgard Tuscany Windows still has a lifetime guarantee to the first owner including accidental glass breakage. Just remember to take the above into account.
