Takes too long to get service people to do repairs.

The process was terrible. I had set an initial email service request 3/2017. It took over 20 phone calls 7 emails and several visits from techs. I lost over 5 days of personal income waiting for appointments mafe by phone to learn that the appoinment was not mafe at all. I was told it was due to a new computer software system at the Temecula office. The other days the technician had the wrong size windows or not enough windows. The supervisors was called and he did not even return my call to hear my concerns. The job was finally done one month ago.

As a skeptic, I always wonder about a company and their so called warranty! You’re company has showed me that there are still some honest companies out there. Your service, staff and overall experience was top notch! As a consumer I am very pleased! Thank you

The Milgard Technician arrived on-time. Was extremely efficient and professional in performing the work. Everything was done completely, fully explained, and as good as new.

The only issue that I cite is that it took 2-3 months to schedule a technician to visit our home in CA.

I emailed my failed door July 2017, my patio door finally replaced February 2018. After service no show, wrong part, and service rescheduled appointment times on few occasions, my door was finally replaced. Good news was that it only took repairmen 1/2 hour to replace door and it looks great.

The service tech was absolutely wonderful. Never had such a great experience from any company. Milgard your great. Thanks again.

The repair of our Milgard sliding door handle and locking mechanism took all of 15 minutes to complete and we are pleased with that part of the service, however with the slider unable to be locked, it's our opinion that the repair took too long to schedule.

Initially after reporting the defect, the "first available" repair appointment was reported to be 5 to 6 weeks out, but after stressing the fact that our door does not lock, an appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks out.

It was ordered wrong first time (by your rep.) so The replacement took a few months, but the repair guys were nice and efficient and the final result was fine.

The Milgard service technicians arrived ahead of schedule an quickly, and cleanly, replaced 3 windows. Prompt and professional.

Long wait for service. Installer avoided my questions. Windows are stiff, inconsistent in quality and screens are of bad construction. Windows require too much force to open and close and also feel cheap

Overall a five star operation once the project started. It took 2 tries to get set up - and over 2 months to schedule. Once the install team arrived ( and on time), the job was completed in 20 minutes. Team was polite and professional.

I was given a time frame of 1-3pm. Repair tech arrived at 12:15pm. No phone call was received informing me of the early arrival. If it weren’t for the guy who was refinishing my wood floors giving him access, I would’ve missed getting my window repaired.

Having to wait seven months for service (unacceptable)!

From the time I called in for service everything was handled well, a reminder was sent ahead of time and the technician arrived on the date that they said he would probably he did a great job very knowledgeable very professional and cleaned up after himself nicely thank you so much I’ll stay with Milgard windows.

Over the years we have had the seals on a few of our double-paned windows break causing them to fog up, but Milgard has always been great about replacing the glass in a timely manner. The service reps are all friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. The technicians are great as well.

Technician arrived on time, replaced window, (wore covers on shoes to not track in mud) window looks great.
