Fast, professional and courteous!I will never buy any other brand.

They came earlier than I was told, which surprised me, but they were very fast and did a super job.

The technican was very good and professional in repairing the window.

I initially took the time to provide you with what was requested,...pictures & measurements. You clearly did not even look at them because it took the installer 3 trips to get 2 windows correct. He kept bringing the wrong windows. It was only on the 3rd trip did you move up my appointment. Once installed, it was fine.

Built our house in 2014 and had two windows go bad, seal on the inside leaked Milgard was quick to respond and they repaired the both windows under their 100% lifetime warranty. It's great to have a company is actually stands by their warranty.

While it took a while to respond to our initial request, we were more than satisfied with the service. I would buy Milgard just to know I would get this service if something goes wrong.

Service tech came on our snowiest day and quickly and pleasantly installed our new window. The only negative with Milgard replacement service is that I wish they would cover their shoes or take them off when inside.

I appreciate that Milgard lets me know the approximate time of their visit. Omar came and replaced glass in a slider and a picture window. He also replaced the vertical piece where the screen door closes in our slider. We have requested that this be fixed several time and this time it was fixed. The truly stand behind their warranty.

Did not talk with a service rep, all was done by email. First requested service on Jan. 26, 2018, on Feb. 13 received appointment for March 5. Many emails between Jan. 26 and Feb. 13 about problem with window which were described in original email. I don’t consider 6 weeks as very prompt service. The service tech was very professional and the window is now repaired. I do not recommend using email for a service request.

The gentleman sent to resolve my window issue was prompts, courteous and professional.

My major problem was the french doors were hitting each other on closing despite 4 prior visits and adjustments. The techs this time were able to fix the problem by moving the door jamb on one side. They also lubricated the lucky mechanism which was frequently malfunctioning.

The techs were friendly and got the job done. I'm hoping that the fixes are long lasting and that the doors don't need to be re-manufactured.

The technician that replaced our window worked very quickly and efficiently. He was also very personable and neat. We found it hard to believe that the window could be replaced so fast and easily. Thanks for a very positive experience. We were happy to learn that our new home will also have Milgard windows.
