Milgard Ultra - Triple Single Hung Reviews

We have had numerous windows that need to be replaced under warranty. Milgard has stood by the warranty and has replaced every window that has gone bad in a timely and profession manner at no cost to us. The service technician has meet every expectation of doing the replacement and communicated each time with accuracy, he has done an outstanding job.

Windows were installed in Summer of 2017. 3 Windows needed replacement for warranty issues (poor quality control released 3 bad windows). Tech came in Aug to measure. In Nov, a tech came back to remeasure as the Simi Valley factory lost the first tech's measurements. In Jan 2018, the windows were delivered. Thankfully before they began work they measured the windows. All 3 were 1 inch too short and could not be installed. So measurements were taken again and now we're looking at mid-March for delivery of new windows - - 7 months later! Each time I had to take time away from work to support these visits. I only hope the 4th time will complete the warranty work, but I'm not very optimistic.

When you purchase Milgard Windows, you not only get a great window, but you get a great warranty along with it, with no hidden fees. Just had two windows replaced under a 100% lifetime warranty. The techs were curtious and professional. They actually showed up when they said they would. Hopefully I'll never have to have Greg and Hans back, (the two techs), however if I do, I am confident Milgard will take care of whatever my issue is.

My problem was in regard to failed window unit seals. The Service Rep's response was prompt and thorough. The technicians were on time and very professional.

The Milgard service team was professional and efficient. I needed to change the time of the original date/time provided by Milgard and they were very accommodating. They followed up prior to my service date and alerted me to when the service professional would arrive.

He was on time and extremely efficient in replacing my broken glass in the window and professional.

We needed to have a dozen windows replaced, which Milgard completed to our complete satisfaction. Though getting the service scheduled was laborious and appointments were spaced weeks/months apart, they got the job done.

Milgard came out on 4 separate occasions, first to consult, then to install (and install, and install...). We were alerted on the installation day that there was an additional window that should be replaced, so they measured and ordered it to be installed at a later date. Unfortunately they'd used the wrong measurement for that window, so when they came to install it, bupkis, so they reordered it and we scheduled another installation date.

Overall, only compliments on the team - everyone was very professional and friendly, and Curt was mindful when going in and out our front door that we have a wily, escape-artist kitten (much appreciated - and Curt rocks)! They were quick to correct errors. The only frustration was that we started the process August 5th, 2017 and the whole process was not complete until February 21st, 2018, but we still highly recommend Milgard. Love that they really stand by their product, showed up on time and were communicative with appointment timing.

I chose MIlagard because of their lifetime guarantee and you have kept your promise and repeatedly come to our home for not charge and replaced dozens of windows for us.

The glass replacement for my picture window was fast, and the results look great. A very easy process.

When 4 of our windows failed (4 bought together), I called Milgard and they arranged a date to come out. It took a few weeks, but that was ok. I received a text last week, as promised, with the 2-hour window, and Jose arrived today on time. He took one look at the windows and got busy replacing them. He was very self-sufficient and speedy. In no time, I had 4 beautiful new windows. I love Milgard’s Quality and guarantee!

I had a French door lick stop working, they did a great job finding a lock for an old door.
