Some initial hiccups. Long hold time on phone, and not everyone who initially answers know what jurisdiction Fresno falls into. Used to be Hollister but was changed sometime back to Simi Valley, but a couple of times was mistakenly transferred to Hollister then had to be switched to Simi Valley and couldn't be bumped to the front of the phone hold system meaning waiting an additional 15 or 20 minutes to speak to someone about my problem which I had already waited on hold that amount of time to speak to someone at the wrong office. Also, first scheduled service call the wrong glass was ordered when I double checked with the customer service person on the phone about making sure to order the correct obscure glass. She had assured me she saw the original order and type of glass but when the repair guy showed up, it was clear glass. Had to reschedule for a month later. No big urgency, just wondered how the correct glass was not ordered properly in the first place.

The technician had excellent customer service with a wide range of knowledge of windows installation and repair !

The Milgard service professional was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's nice to have repair guys that actually know how to install the product and fix it when its broken!

Windows needed replacing. Milgard stood by their product and replaced the windows.

I would love to write about the excellent quality of my Tuscany windows, but that's not the case! If my windows had arrived in perfect condition, as I expected, I would not have needed to request service for a clean and proper finishing of the trim and outside frame. When they came to the house 6 weeks later, the gentlemen were highly professional, friendly, clean and efficient. They apologized for my inconvenience and agreed that they would not have needed to come if the original product was crafted with the quality I expected from Milgard.

Our service rep, Robert, was very professional and efficiently replaced the window side of our slider. It was covered by the Milgard lifetime warranty without any question or hassel. We were very impressed with the entire process.

Service tech arrived within timeframe. We mismeasured window by 1/4" too small, but tech still able to make it work.

We've had our Milgard windows for over 7 years. Over time, the windows did not operate as smoothly as when first installed. When the technician completed the repairs, we have our original windows back and are very happy with the repairs.

Company adhered to contract service/replacement agreement.Work completed at reasonable time.Well mannered staff and technician.

It took too long to be able to get an appointment. It was truly something we could not repair ourselves. Milgard needs more techs like the one who came to our home.

I am disappointed with the new emphasis on online warranty service. I have had to have my windows services several times since initial installation, and have always been please with the customer service experience. This time I started with a phone call, only to be told I needed to complete my request online, and then all further communication was via email "tennis". I didn't get a phone call (or even any email) giving me a window of time when a tech would physically be at my home...only a call from the tech when he was 30 minutes out. In a digital age, I miss the personal touch you gave only a few months ago.

I have he multiple service experiences with Milgard. They are always prompt to their estimated time of arrival, professional and adept at quickly resolving issues. What a fantastic company. Worth every penny!!!!

Are you kidding me?! This is my second home that was retro fitted with new Milgard windows and patio doors. I would never consider another brand as Milgard quality, service & warranty is the best. I have shopped other wIndow companies but the product and warranty was not equal.

It took almost 4 months to get the glass of my windows replaced. Some excuses were, the technician only goes to your area once a month and the appropriate glass was not delivered

Thank you Milgard. I called about an issue with a window. It turned out the seal had broken. You were so nice about taking care of the problem. The gentleman who came to replace the window was very nice and quick! He was done in no time. And before he left he asked if there were any other issues.

I expected the service man to be here at least an hour but he change 3 panels of windows which one of them was a high window within half an hour. Very professional, he brought his pad to protect the floor.

1) Your distributor, who I bought 18 Essence windows fromwould not replace a broken pane that was delivered that way (DJ's Glass & Sash) AND DID NOT EVEN TELL ME YOU HAD A REPLACEMENT POLICY - unbelievable..2) Once YOU had the request in-house it took nearly 18 MONTHS to get it done, and fouled it up the first time by bringing the wrong sized pane..............SOOOO...I'M DONE WITH MILGARD........D. WoodsMBA and former manufacturer's field rep..

This is the third house that we built and the third house that we put in Milgard windows and sliders. Any time that I have had a question about a problem with a window or slider Milgard has responded quickly and in a positive manner. The techs that they have are all great and very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Milgard.

On time, professional, cleaned up area when done. It was too easy.
