Milgard Tuscany V400 Sliding Door 3 Panel Reviews

The best decision I made in 1995, when my home was built, was to have Milgard windows installed. The product is excellent and when I require service their performance is outstanding.

We needed a window replace due to moisture between the panes of glass. Our service representative was kind, considerate and replaced the window in a short amount of time. He checked with me a number of time during the process - great service.

Milgard scheduled an appointment to replace the glass in a Milgard window that had development streaks between the panes. When the technician arrived to install the replacement, he quickly determined that the grid in the new window was different than the original. So he had to return the new glass and said I would receive a call within 2-3 days with a new appointment for the replacement. When I did not receive a call after 8 days, I called and discovered an appointment had been scheduled, but no one called me. The second replacement glass had the correct grid-style and was installed by the technician.

One of our double paned windows failed....after 10 years. Milgard immediately replaced it, honoring their lifetime warranty. What a pleasure to work with such a reputable company. We will always use their products!
