Windows needed replacing. Milgard stood by their product and replaced the windows.

Feb 23, 2018I would love to write about the excellent quality of my Tuscany windows, but that's not the case! If my windows had arrived in perfect condition, as I expected, I would not have needed to request service for a clean and proper finishing of the trim and outside frame. When they came to the house 6 weeks later, the gentlemen were highly professional, friendly, clean and efficient. They apologized for my inconvenience and agreed that they would not have needed to come if the original product was crafted with the quality I expected from Milgard.

Feb 23, 2018We've had our Milgard windows for over 7 years. Over time, the windows did not operate as smoothly as when first installed. When the technician completed the repairs, we have our original windows back and are very happy with the repairs.

Feb 23, 2018I am disappointed with the new emphasis on online warranty service. I have had to have my windows services several times since initial installation, and have always been please with the customer service experience. This time I started with a phone call, only to be told I needed to complete my request online, and then all further communication was via email "tennis". I didn't get a phone call (or even any email) giving me a window of time when a tech would physically be at my home...only a call from the tech when he was 30 minutes out. In a digital age, I miss the personal touch you gave only a few months ago.

Feb 23, 2018Are you kidding me?! This is my second home that was retro fitted with new Milgard windows and patio doors. I would never consider another brand as Milgard quality, service & warranty is the best. I have shopped other wIndow companies but the product and warranty was not equal.

The gentleman who came to replace the window was very nice and quick! He was done in no time. And before he left he asked if there were any other issues.

Feb 22, 20181) Your distributor, who I bought 18 Essence windows fromwould not replace a broken pane that was delivered that way (DJ's Glass & Sash) AND DID NOT EVEN TELL ME YOU HAD A REPLACEMENT POLICY - unbelievable..2) Once YOU had the request in-house it took nearly 18 MONTHS to get it done, and fouled it up the first time by bringing the wrong sized pane..............SOOOO...I'M DONE WITH MILGARD........D. Any time that I have had a question about a problem with a window or slider Milgard has responded quickly and in a positive manner. The techs that they have are all great and very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Milgard.

Feb 22, 2018My windows were installed, one order in sept 2017 and one in Nov 2017. The tech finally came out to repair ALL of the damages to my new windows from installation. Scratched, dings and exterior frame damages scratches and chips out of the metal SO DISSAPPOINTED. He finally brought the screens last week and put the wrong handle on my one window. REALLY ??????? It was so obviously wrong. The paint he used to hide the cuts in the custom metal frame did not match and were sloppily done and he didn't have what he needed and still I am waiting.

Feb 22, 2018I was very happy to learn of the lifetime warranty on my Milgard windows. Our home was built in 2005 and discovered recently many of the panes had failed and were becoming foggy. I was thrilled that when I contacted Milgard they told me since I was the original homeowner that would replace all the failed windows for us. They also took care of a window track that had become very sticky and made the window difficult to open. The only thing I think they could improve on, is when the technician comes they could do better cleanup of the sills when finished and clean the new windows to remove finger prints and smudges/
