On time, terrific communication, always willing to help, prompt service, go out of their way to fix any issue you may have with their product even if they are not responsible, like the broken screen my dog went through. I purchased widows for my entire home about 7 years ago.One window developed moisture between the inner and outer panes of glass. I called Milgard, scheduled an appointment for "diagnosis". Window with lifetime guarantee was replaced efficiently and in a timely manor. all contact with Milgard was professional including scheduling and reminder messages. After years of service, the glass in our sliding glass door gradually became fuzzy. The tech replaced it and the difference is amazing. This is the second time Milgard serviced the door. The first time the rollers were replaced. Love Milgard

I bought a house with 2 poor, performing dual panels windows (found during home inspection). Due to Milgards 10yrs warranty for second owners I was able get them replaced for free, with no headache.

They did a really great job, and it took less time than I thought it would.

The service man got the job done in short time. He knew what he was doing, the window was replaced in short time.

The inside wood cladding on my Milgard sliding glass door buckled about a week after it was installed and painted. It took almost 3 months to get a replacement. The replacement doors were installed but in the process some of the trim pieces were split ( as in broken) and yet still reused. Plus Milgard says they won’t repaint the door so I’m out $300 to get the replacement doors painted all because of Milgard’s defective doors.

I found the whole experience for repairing our sliding glass door and a living room window to be very professional. Scheduling was a breeze and the installatiin team was prompt, processional and efficient.

I recently discovered streaks and condensation with 5 of my windows and contacted Milgard (I am the original owner from 2010). After measuring the windows and using a magnifying glass to take down the pertinent numbers from the upper left window edges, Milgard scheduled the appointment. On the morning of the appointment I received a call 7:00 am letting me know that he was entering our complex. 2 1/2 hours later Dave was finished. Quick, no issues, and they look great (can't wait to wash them tomorrow per Dave's instructions). GREAT lifetime warranty policy.

After 18-19 years, we had some windows corroding and one window had a faulty spring mechanism. The technician was very professional and a really nice person to have working on our windows. He did a great job, took off his shoes when coming in the house, and even found/ fixed a problem with one of the windows that we didn’t see. Such great service and a great experience overall.
