Extremely satisfied with the service. They came 30 minutesEarly but were willing to wait. Replaced 3 windows and a door in about 30 minutes. Were courteous, efficient and they were even able to repair a window that we had not reported ahead of time!

Its like pulling teeth to get an answer on certain things like hack outs and screen deliveries. Your guys don't come out with all the tools to succeed. AKA all the screens for the whole building they are doing lock and slide on. This is just our first building so I hope things turn around

This crew came in to do a warrantee replacement. Were very communicative and did the change out in a quick and efficient manner.

The service agent was rude from the very beginning. He first checked when the window was manufactured, then said that the condensation was normal and that changing the window would not help. Last time he was here he claimed that the metal frame was causing the condensation. Now he claims that all glass windows will condensate; double pane or otherwise. Milgard windows are just not made for cold climate.

When one of my windows started to fog I called Milgard and they replaced the window, sent a technician who was professional, courteous and EARLY with no debate on warrany or cost. I will recommend this product and company to anyone.

Most companies try and find a loophole to not cover their product years after purchase/installation. Milgard, on the other hand, instantly stood behind their product and made the process of replacing a few windows extremely easy. I couldn't be happier!

No questions about replacing failed window after 13 years. Appointment for replacement was timely and the serviceman was on time and professional.

I've come to understand Milgard's Lifetime Policy to mean it will take a lifetime to get your windows replaced. It took a total of 18 months from my initial phone call and inspection to get our windows replaced. When the CS Department was unable to help I was told on several occasions that a Manager would call me back but I never once received a call back. I took multiple days off of work for expected, scheduled appointments that never happened. On three separate occasions, I was notified on the day of my appointment that Milgard would not be coming that day. Thankfully our windows were finally replaced last week. The techs that came out to do the installation were skilled, quick and professional and I am very happy with our newly replaced windows but I would not recommend Milgard based on the service level provided.

Window's dual pane had air leak and fogged internally. Glass and frame replaced and everything back to normal.

Arturo and Ruben did a great job replacing a large sliding glass. They were prompt, efficient and professional. They were also quite quick with minimal interruption to my day.
